I preordered it a few weeks ago, and I'm wondering if there is an official release date or any clues, I was told from the guy who worked at EB Games who looked it up on his computer for me, he told me it might be June or so before it was to be released, is this what anyone else has heard? : DDD
Also, if anyone is sure, is it going to be on PS2 or PS3? I made probably the stupidest mistake of a gamer and didn't ask that. I'm not sure when the PS3 is due to be out either, i'm so out of date its not even funny. Either way I might be screwed. xD My PS2 is broken. :sad: I was close to beating Kingdom Hearts, too xD

It will be PS2.
And I wouldn't trust a release date from any game store employee if I were you, so don't get your hopes up. The only right information will be coming from Square themselves.

Hmm.....I heard that it was going to be in March. And all those game mags. says it was going to be released in March, same as KH2. ughhhh, nothing is ever reliable. <_<

There are tons of different release dates...March was one of them, March 28th (same day as KHII...I think that's pushing it...), April was another. And the latest I've heard was September 1st. We'll see what happens though. ^_^

Its gunna be for the PS2..... PS3 isnt coming until November. But, June. Perfect. Just in time for Summer break! :D :P

Not for sure if June is the actual month it is going to be released or not. SE may push it back. I honestly haven't been keeping up with it. We all know how SE is about pushing FFVII stuff back, just dont get too excited ;)

It's true that it's pushed back until August. Game Stop is pre-ordering now and has the release as August somethingorother(I've forgotten now since I'm not all that excited about it).

On the offical NA Square-Enix site, they now have the game being released on August 15 this year.
