Tifa exists because his father and mother conceived her, she became part of AVALANCHE in order to get revenge of what happened in Nibelheim it had nothing to do with Cloud's promise since she never even imagined he would became part of it, besides she became part of AVALANCHE before Cloud showed up in Midgar.

Yes, she loves Cloud, but she never tried to interfere between him and Aerith, but if you want to belive that, feel free, I was just speaking my mind out.

Hmm, this is a difficult yet fairly simple question, if that makes any sense whatsoever. The idealistically perfect significant other for Aeris is without a doubt Cloud, but then again, Aeris gets along with everybody. :aeris: To the point, I don't support Zack and Aeris as much as most do, even though I do think they were cute while they lasted, but hearing Elmyra tell Cloud that Aeris had her "feelings hurt" by a SOLDIER, and Aeris's remenisces that Zack was a "ladies' man" can't help but irk me a little, being that Aeris is one of my favorite characters. My personal belief is that she cared about him a lot more than he cared about her, and I think their relationship was somewhat dynamic and a little bit competitive. I'd imagine Zack always trying to make Aeris break and admit she likes him more than she lets on. Cute and funny, but not necessarily healthy when looking at lifetime commitments.

I've never really been into Reno/Aeris (Aereno? Reris? :huh: ). I don't think it would work as well as, say, Reno/Tifa. *biased fangirl mode: on* Aeris is a little too set on duty and love and commitment, while Reno spends most of his time at the bar when he's supposed to be on the job. Plus, we should remember that they had next to no interaction in the whole game. :P Don't get me wrong, I love both of their characters with all my heart, but I honestly can't see it working out.

For others... I sort of like Vincent/Aeris, mainly because of the similarities Vincent/Lucrecia has to Cloud/Aeris, and maybe switching wouldn't be so hard. But I'm still very obstinately, bigottedly devoted to VinLuc and Cleris 4 lyfe. :D

Aeris and Sephy make a cute couple, but if there was no Cloud in Final Fantasy, what would the story be like? :hmm: :lmao:

Well, Tifa and Zack probably would have ended up dead, and there's a good chance Sephrioth would have jumped the gun and tried destrying the planet before the main time line of the game even started.

But let's be generous here. Let's say for whatever reason, Tifa and Zack survive and Sephiroth doesn't destroy the planet right off.

Zack would no longer have Cloud to protect, so he'd probably be able to escape and get back to Midgar alive. Now he talks about dropping in on Aeris and becoming a mercenary, so there's still a chance that Zack could hook up with AVALANCHE and possible drag Aeris along with him, whethwere she really wanted to go or not.

I personally, think Aerith would be good for Rude. :lmao: I know that sounds strange, but I recently read a very good RufusxTifa fanfiction called Wanderlust, I'm sure some have heard of it, and it had AerisxRude in it. ^_^ It was extremely cute, unusual, and... CUTE! :lmao: The fact that Rude is so nervous, and Aerith being so outgoing, the opposites completely attract... it takes two to tango. One to lead, the other to be led, or whatever. :fangirl:

My other decision would be either Tseng or Zack. But I can't really say why. :rolleyes: I just think they would be good too. :aeris:

Aeris and Tseng, if Cloud isn't in the picture. Tseng is a Turk and he even admitted he had a crush on Aeris. Tseng did protect her and made it harder for Shinra to catch her. Aeris did mention that he was one of the only people who really knew her.

Aeris would definitely look good with almost any FF major character. But if you're talking about FF7 characters...I think she would look good with Vincent that's if and only if Cloud isn't around.

For non FF7 charcaters...I always thought that Aeris would look good with Squall, Tidus, Zell (haha...honestly!) and the hume-male FFXI character square used for FFXI promos.

Taking Cloud out of the picture... Gee, I can't decide who Aeris will go best with. So many FF7 guys would go great with her! Let's see, there's Sephiroth (I still do love it), Zack, Tseng, and Vincent... Oh, and if we're talking Kingdom Hearts as well, Leon! :P It's a very attractive pairing since Cloud and Leon seem so similar anyway.

I was thinking that too! I don't know why, its not really their relationship in the game, but I just like the contrasting personalities and Aerith with Sephiroth might actually be kinda cute. I kinda wished they developped the relationship between Sephiroth and Aerith more, maybe even have a scene of the two talking together (insane or sane sephiroth).
While Cloud may consider Sephiroth his greatest enemy, I think Sephiroth found Aerith his greatest enemy, considering he only saw Cloud as another 'puppet' (therefore, no real special attachment to him) and saw Aerith as the one 'in the way' to accomplish his plans. Wouldn't it be cool if he killed her despite his feelings for her, yet managed to when his insane side kicked in? (inner conflict, maybe even showing that he still is human despite everything.) But that'd kinda ruin the whole 'Cloud being a victim of the cold, heartless, power-driven crazy man with a long sword' thing.

This is an odd choice, but I'd have to say Biggs. He's not nearly as cheerful as Zack, but he's not as gloomy as Cloud or Vincent.

Personally, somehow I'd see a Reno x Aeris thing going on. I'd find it to be really, really cute. If he actually tried..he'd actually be a good "bodyguard" to Aeris.

I don't even think she goes good with even Cloud. let alone Vincent.
