A friend of mine dared me to make a poll to see if anyone here supported or disliked Tifa, since everyone didn't like Cloti, and we have some Tifa fans here...So I went up for it and wanted to know what you all think? Tell why if you vote!!

Dispite my strong disliking of cloti, I don't hate Tifa.
I'll admit, I used to be immature and be one of the fans who were like, 'ZOMG! I H8 Tifa cuz she ruins da preetiful-ness that iz Cleris!!1' but not anymore. :lol: I really came to an appreciation of her character and grew to really like her. Now she's one of my favorite characters. I like her better in AC than in VII, though. ;)
As to why I like Tifa? I like her because, though she's not as emotionally strong as some other characters, she's still a strong character in her own right. She's a determined gal and doesn't give up too easily. I like how she takes up the role as mother, especially when it comes to taking care of Marlene. You can really sense the bond between the two. It's too adorable! :tifa:

I'm sorry but I'm just one of those people who dislike Tifa. Maybe one day it might turn the other way around....probably. Mainly her points on the supposingly "friendship" between Cloud and her. I don't like the excuse that people give that they were just children because it still doesn't excuse her actions. She's probably the kind of character I would had support if she had shown more consideration but too much of her and Fillay makes me unsupportive of her as a character. And there are other reasons to why but I would just be ranting off....

Umm, I didn't know what to pick. Since I don't really hate her, nevertheless, don't really like her that much either. She's kinda of like an "okay...mehh..." type of character. So theres my answer.

I like her. She's human with a strong need to feel loved. Many people are like that which makes her believeable. I feel she's a bit misguided, but I don't see that as a reason to hate her. The only thing I feel bad about in her case is her rabid fans and boys who see nothing past her boobs.

Exactly what Remy said. I'm not really against her, but I just don't think she belongs with Cloud. She's just another character to me. :tifa: :D

I thought she's just a cool looking girl until I know more about FF7 and FINALLY gotten a copy of the game.

I'm with Remy and Amaya, she's a character one can relate to. We all have problems in our life, even can be pessimist and need someone to lead her. Heck, I was even tempted to start a new game JUST to give her my real name. :tifa: :)

As a character I rather like her. :) I just don't like her being paired up with Cloud.

When I was about 13 I didn't like her that much, but now I think she's okay. :)

I'm the same with Eternity_Knight i like her as a character :tifa: but don't like geting paired up with Cloud :never: when Cloud is strongly in love with Aerith. :cleris:

I have a love/hate relationship with Tifa's character. There are times when I think she's pretty cool and there are others when I down right HATE/LOATHE her. I can never make up my mind as to whether I like or dislike her. But do I believe that she is FFVII's heroine? No, that was Aerith, plain and simple. Some people like to say that they were co-heroines but in my opinion it was Aerith because Tifa did more damage than she did good.

The terribly ironic thing though is that I relate more to Tifa personally than I do to Aerith, whom I would love to be like. :lmao:
