Okay...so my brother and I got a few new RPG games for Christmas, and one of them happens to be Magna Carta: Tears of Blood (an Atlus game). We got the special Deluxe Box Set that comes with a poster and a one-hundred page artbook and mini stretegy guide.
It's supposed to be
"An epic tale of war, Romance, and Betrayal...."Magna Carta: Tears of BloodTears of BloodFrom the places that I've been to, it got pretty good reviews. I've started it, and I'm about 7 hours into it. The characters are dressed a bit oddly, but the storyline so far seems quite solid and decent. Has anyone else, by any chance, heard of or played this game? :unsure:
I heard about that game. I saw it's review on X-Play and I think it got a decent 3 out of 5. LOL, Adam kept pondering why in Japenese RPGs like Manga Carta, do the male character look like girls. heheh... :lmao:
But, it looks pretty good. I may rent it and check it out. The FMVs look gorgeous, though! When I saw them I was blown away.
I was about to buy it after I saw the official website, but after reading some reviews, I just bought Shadow Hearts 2 instead. ;)
I haven't played it but I suggest reading online customer reviews instead of 'official' reviews. Fellow gamers always know best ;)
But gosh, lookit the size of that girl's boobs! :shock:

The hero of this game, Calintz, has...erm...a rather bad sense of fashion... ^^;

I haven't really looked into the reviews of customers, but I've read a few official ones. The one at Gamespot gave it something like an 8.6 out of 10, and for video games, I think that's quite high. *shruggies*

When I saw that, I was like..."OMG...Tifa!", but then after playing the game I realized that she's a lot like Aerith: the hair, the color of her eyes...and her personality. ;)
The game contains a very unique fighting system. From the various RPGs I've played, I've never seen anything quite like it. Personally, I find it rather interesting, but from what I've heard, you either really like it or you hate it. :ermm:
