Uh... Not really sure if you have any game stores there. But try to look for any place that sells used games. Gamestop, EB games... And I believe Sam Goody and Suncoast still sells FFVII new(Greatest Hits)...

All of the places mentioned by MistaCloudStrife might have it, and I've also seen copies of it for sale at ebay.
