According to the japanese website FF12Expo, there has recently been a release about a new world based on the film Tron in which Sora and co, dressed in a sort of cybernetic or computer suit, fight Commander Saaku. Also it is said that Yuffie and Cid aim to rebuild Hollow Bastion.

That said, if Yuffie and Cid are indeed rebuilding Hollow Bastion-- which is a very plausible scenario-- there's a high chance of Aerith getting a mention in KH2 too. I mean, there's just no way they'd remember to include Yuffie and Cid and NOT Aerith. Especially now that Cloud is getting a bigger role in KH2.

Apologies to all the Yuffie and Cid fans here, but I think you know what I mean. I hope. :sweat:

I read a bit about it after hearing it could be included in KH2... Sounded a bit like a fanfic, if you ask me. It's ironic that a box office flop like that was cited as an important influence in a hit movie like Toy Story.

And from what I've seen, the reaction from the KH2 community at TRON possibly being included has been less-than-enthusiastic. :lol:

Yeah, well, CloTis also believe that Cloud and Tifa had sex under the Highwind, that Cloud chose Tifa at the end of FFVII, that CoT proves Cloud loves Tifa, that MotP proves Aerith loves Zack, and that AC ended CloTi. :yawn: They also went on and on about how AC was going to end the LT by proving CloTi, that the scene of Cloud rescuing Tifa in the church was going to be romantic, and that Itadaki Street Special was going to be CloTi. They have a long history of being wrong and making ridiculous assumptions. If the creators said that all of the FF characters from KH are going to be in KH2, I would believe them over CloTis any day. :cleris:

When I read the first post in this topic, I almost freaked out. But does that really mean she'll have some secondary secondary role? If Cloud is going to have a special side story, they should at least include her in it. But her name's definitely in the character list; the voice actress is the same lady who played as her in AC, so that's something. I really hope so. :cleris:

In a recent interview, Tetsuya Nomura spoke about how Kingdom Hearts 2 was different from its predecessors.

If any of the FF cast from Kingdom Hearts 2 don't return, my money would be on the island gang and maybe Sephiroth. But that last one is a big maybe.

Nomura already said Sephiroth will have a story in KH. He felt he owe it to his character and his fans.

I don't see why he would have Cloud, Sephiroth, Cid, and Yuffie and NOT have Aerith. She was a big part of Cloud's story in KH. If they left her out, it wouldn't make sense. :P So, I'm not worried. ^_^
