1. arcade, ya may consider a few games

2. Instant Chat, i suggest saybox. but put a url in your toolbar to a separate page so it loads faster. only need to press refresh

3. clans/ clan areas, start factions and everyone in that clan can have private chat

4. more compos, if you use the above idea have clan compos. have gfx, arcade scores, although you need evidence via image

5. shops -

A. for this have members design for others and give them a reward such a name colour change or a post count boost

B. start a money system to by gfx and special advertising rights
