As you guys probably already know, there was a fourth disc included in the re-release of FFVII, containing some artwork, character models etc. I downloaded it via Bittorrent, but if anybody can't use that, I can send the actual file over AIM too.

Anyway, it was a neat little piece... I guess I only found it slightly boring because I'm not interested in this game production business. :sweat: But there are awesome illustrations of the weapons, items and armour (I love illustrations like that! Wish they'd included them into the game) and early concept designs.

You can also visit almost every town/dungeon in the game through the world map. Which is awesome since now I can design my FFVII Sims home exactly as they are in the game. :woot:

Some screenshots. I might take more later. I've yet to see if there's a screencapping option in my emulator, as it's quite tedious to copy and paste in Paint all the time. :P

I probably will. ^_^ There were some extra artwork of places I didn't recognise, so they were probably early concept designs that didn't make the cut. Still, they were so detailed!

Just wish there was a way I could improve the image quality. Anybody who knows how to work emulators, help! :sad:

I think the pic quality would be better if you saved the image with an image editing program such as Photoshop or painter... :unsure: MS Paint isn't very handy, however generally speaking, it should work... o__o

OH that is great news. I wonder why it was never released here in the United states. I just played the game and it seems really good.

I know. I remember an old debate with FP telling me that Aerith and Zack were so committed to each other he wrote a letter about her to his parents. I reply that a boyfriend should at least tell said parents girlfriend's name. Then he said that he didn't say her name because Zack was afraid ShinRa will get to his parents and her. I reply it was ridiculous since TSENG knew where Aerith lives anyway. ShinRa can get to her without resorting to read a random SOLDIER's letter.

It's ridiculous really. And so, we get to see it (because you can't read the letter in the game, Zack's parents gave the info). And all Zack could say "I found a girlfriend" as a PS. Wo hoo! Romantic sap overload!

You mean the ones from this pic? I'm not too sure, but I think they're very early 3D models of characters from other FF games-- either FFVI or before. I remember reading something about how they used those characters to test out the 3D modelling during early FFVII production.

I don't really remember the train stations in Midgar, but this looks rather elaborate to be a simple train station, IMHO.

Scene-wise, I LOVE the hottub scene with Mukki and his boys! Maybe I'm the only one but I thought Zack's letter was very sweet. At least are far as his parents are concerned. He enquries about the well being of his parents, apologises to them for going away so abruptly, and says that he didn't want to worry them.

Yes, it's Locke, Shadow and Terra. I think Terra has blond hair because it was based on the Amano artworks where her hair was blond not green. Even in the FMVs of the PS versions of FFVI, Terra had blond hair.

You could always use a Playstation emulator(PSXe for example) on computer or if you have a regular playstation you can always do the CD swap trick. (Basically a trick that can be used to play imported or backup games without the use of a mod chip. You only need your imported game and a regular PS game.)

I believe the underwears are the key items you can get for Cloud before Don Corneo's decision... The two are Lingerie and Bikini Briefs... Pink one is obviously lingerie and the black one is the bikini briefs...

And I'm done.. I don't want to take that further since images of girly Cloud wearing those are flooding my head. >.O
