Just wondering. Out of the FF characters, which one was closest to you in attitude?

I just realized that I'm quite similar to Paine from FFX-2. Hugely sarcastic, with a weird sense of humor... :D

Paine is very cool. :lol: I like her sarcastic lines. She rocked FFX-2! :lol:

As for me....I'd say I resemble Rinoa the most. :unsure: *feels all rinoa haters charging towards me with spears* :lol: ;;;;;

I can be painfully naive and pretty outspoken at times, so yeah, Rinoa! :ph43r: (also probably why FF8 was my fav since I felt like I related to Rinoa so much :ph43r: )

Perhaps it'd better if we let other board members decide for us, tell us which characters we remind them of? ^_^

I feel like I have a lot of different aspects of different characters, but I've been told by people who know me offline that I'm a lot like Elena. :lol:

I don't really know. I look a bit like Tifa, but nowhere near the bust size, and freckles don't count. :lol:

But I have no idea what kind of personality I have...anyone like to tell me?

As for me, I think I'm most like Tifa. I can get very pessimistic about things (you've all seen how I've reacted to some Cleris-ish news :whistle: ). I also have this tendency to really throw myself into something when I'm interested in it, just like Tifa did with AVALANCHE and Cloud. And the loyalty to that interest is near-absolute; I was obsessed with CSS and website layouts for a while, before moving onto LJ layouts, icons and banners. And now that's all I'm focused on.

On the flip side, when I'm over something, it's hard to get me to go back with the same enthusiasm I once had. Not that we've seen this attitude from Tifa, but you never know~ :whistle:

I don't think I share her motherly instinct, but I'm definitely quiet and tend to stay in the background. I guess I'm closer to grown-Tifa than teenage-Tifa.

I'm happy to report I share Cloud's oblivion to everyday life, though. Like, oh... the names of vegetables? They all look the same to me. :lol: 'Tis why I pitied Cloud when he had to learn the differences between them.

AR....you often remind me of.....*thinks* Raine....from FF8...for some reason. I don't know why, maybe cause you come across to me as soft spoken and rather gentle, but also not hesitant to get your point across when it's needed. Very Raine to me! :lol:

Lynn, you remind me of Garnet! :o You always seem to be level headed and mature and demure, and you hold yourself with a sort of...'air' that just screams for respect, and yet at the same time you come across as friendly and vivacious, with a strong sense of humour.

I used to be pretty anti-social, cold to people, pushing them away. Squall anyone? :P I was like that up to the second half of high school. Now I still like solitude and being alone with my thoughts...but I've learned to cherish friends too.

Well, I took a FF Females Personality Quiz and it said I'm most like Yuna.


In some way, I agree that I'm a lot like Yuna, because in public, I'm very soft spoken and shy. When I'm sad, I don't like showing it because I don't like worrying my friends. I don't usually take credit for big things I do. I always say I couldn't have don't it without the help of so and so. I'm shy when it comes to romance, so I prefer talkative and outgoing guys like Tidus, even if I find them annoying at times. :P I'm very empathetic to everyone. I'll aways be the shoulder to cry on if you're sad. There are also times where I'm like the X-2 Yuna, except I don't sing and dance. :lol:

I'd like to say I agree, but I'm not entirely sure. Some people actually say I remind them of both Yuna and Garnet. What do you guys think?

In terms of personality, I was kinda a mixed of Tifa/Quistis maybe a dash of Garnet in public. I was quiet around people I dun know or at school but darn loyal friend, especially when one of my friends got hurt and I help her to the sick bay (even when I'm nearly gotten late for class). I'm also polite and do things when asked of my teachers.

Around my friends, I can sometimes be my Tifa/Quistis/Garnet self but can occasionally get into Yuffie/Selphie/Rikku when I have sugar. Though a friend of mine thinks I'm more like Yuffie. :yuffie:

Umm, i guess im a cross between Aeris and Rinoa. I'm always caring, sweet, loving, and i care about others before myself.

You do remind me of Paine a bit, in that you don't always say as much as the rest of us (at least, you don't rant on and on like yours truly), but what you say always counts. You always bring up something the rest of us have overlooked. You've got her sarcasm down pat too. :D You also remind of Celes a lot. Sometimes I think you can be a little crazier, more outgoing than Paine or Celes though...there's something about you that reminds me a bit of a toned-down Yuffie. ^_^

I agree with everyone else that you've got all of Rinoa's good points, and none of her flaws (lucky thing!). And of course I don't dislike you for being like Rinoa! You're a great person! *loves you anyway* :huggle: But you're also loads sharper, funnier and more insightful than I ever thought Rinoa was, more like Aeris...and sometimes you can be a little crazy and cooky like Relm or Rydia!

There's something about you that reminds me of the earlier FF heroines. You remind me a lot of Rosa Farrell (FFIV), you're kind and nice in the same way she is, and you make me think of Lenna/Reina; the beautiful princess of FFV. She's very gentle and loving, and very kind to animals. In a more modern game (if you haven't played IV or V), you remind me quite a bit of Raine and Ellone as well. ^_^

I think yin-chan really nailed you with the comparison to Garnet, Lynn! You're a great mix of maturity and sensibility and humour and caring, just like Garnet. I think you're closer to her in terms of personality than to Tifa or Quistis. But I also think you can be a little more fiery than Garnet sometimes, for example when you've giving your opinion about something you're really passionate about: like Rydia or Aeris...or even Fujin, funnily enough. :blink:

You remind me of Yuna's soft-heartedness and gentlness, and also her spirituality and faith (you remind me of Aeris and Garnet in this respect too). But you always struck me as more capable (in a way) than Yuna, more like Terra. Like her you seem very caring towards friends and those you generally feel responsible for, and I think you can be confused about things in a way similar to her, but at the same time really strong and able at the core. So I'd say, you're mostly like Yuna, with a spicy dash of Terra. ^_^

I don't know what you're like offline, but here you seem to be much more confident and outgoing than Yuna - not quite like Rinoa or Aeris (though you do have a lot in common personality-wise with both) because you don't seem as unrestrained and relaxed as they are, but you're certainly not conservative. You remind me more of Garnet, in that you can slip in and out of being either conservative or fun and unrestrained. You also have really intelligent, incisive Quistis moments, and lots of zany, fun Yuffie moments. :huggle:

Physically, I resemble Rikku and Aeris, yes, I know, VERY weird mix, but true. My facial features resemble Rikku a lot (I tend to smile a lot like her, as said by one of my friends), I remember when I was showing one of my friends my FFX manual thing, showing off each character, she looked at Rikku and immediately said she looked like me. ^_^ But color-wise I resemble Aeris, light brown hair, green eyes, light skin (I think I may be more pale than Aeris though), I remember when my uncle was showing me the FF7 guide he was like 'she looks kinda like you', and I was going through my tomboy phase and was all "NUH-UH!! :P". Now on a random off-topic thing, my mom for some reason reminds me of Selphie, except tanner. ^_^

But I would say....you remind me the strongest of....Aeris, with a blend of Selphie.....and a zest of Paine's humour.....and a dash of Lenne.....and XU!!!!! :woot: and and.... Garnet's determination and the way you see things as they are....and also a bit of Quistis's strong will, especially when you say things as they are with strong logic and reasoning......and a strong, healthy dose of Rinoa's friendliness. It's easy to feel comfortable around you!
You're mature, reasonable, logical and extremely funny at the same time - and yet you come across as very approchable, and I think that appeals tremendously to a lot of people.

So...that's a huge mix of characters....which leads me to the conclusion that - you - do not specifically resemble any one single character! You are your own unique character that will probably star in your own Final Fantasy series someday!!

Mmm, I wonder which character people think I'm like? Myself, I reckon I'm sort of like Locke in some ways because I'm laid back and mostly good-natured and carefree, and even though a few things have happened in my life that are painful for me to think about still, I don't allow myself to get depressed about them and instead try my best to live for the here and now. There are times when I find it hard to express myself which makes me a lot like Quistis. However, in terms of dealing with people...i'm more like Aeris. When I'm with my closest friends i'm YUFFIE/SELPHIE/RIKKU! l :D
