Ah, Sephy... Hmm, well, I'm only slightly annoyed. A teeny bit. There's so much about the Cloud/Sephiroth dynamic in FFVII and AC already, leave KH alone for my fangirly Cloud/Leon time. XD

Sounds like Cloud won't have a more direct impact on the main plot a la Leon, Aerith and Yuffie in KH1 (although even then, their importance to the plot was debatable)-- for which I am a tad disappointed. Not surprised, though.

Since I can't get the Aerith novella, at least we're getting a Cloud sidestory! As if I already didn't have enough reason to grab KH2! <333

I've actually heard some rumors about Tifa being in the game, but none of thopse rumors mentioned "Cloud and Tifa" it was always something more along the lines of "Leon ends up working with Tifa and the rest of AVALANCHE" kind of rumors.

I haven't heard anything about Tifa being in the game. O_O And I research every Kingdom Hearts site. :lmao:

This is the first time I've heard that rumor of Tifa.... I hear about Yuna more than her...

Still, another thing to remember is that the FF characters on Kingdom Hearts (other than Cloud and Aeris) weren't choosen until the last last minute. For the longest time, they were thinking about using Irvine, Rikku, and Khimari on the game.

I wonder what kind of side story Cloud will have in KH2. I'm thinking it has to be something with Aeris and Sephiroth- similar to KH, but this time he works with Leon/Squall instead of Hades. I hope he also works with Yuffie and Cid. *crosses fingers*

Probably will have to do with Sephiroth and finish their thing from KH. Didn't Nomura mention it in an interview, how he'd like to have more Cloud/Seph interaction in KHII... :sad:

If Seifer can appear without any prior mention in KH1, Tifa and anyone else stand an equal chance of appearing in future KH games (assuming there will be).

And even if she does, there's no guarantee she'll have the same relationship with Cloud. ^_~ Hell, Seifer looks like he's in an entirely different reality from Leon, and they were originally rivals!

It might be intresting having Tifa as one of the Destiny Island crew, where she'd be much younger than Cloud and Aeris anyway.

Why would she be younger? Isn't she a year younger than Cloud???

He meants around the age of the Destiny Island Crew which is Tidus, Wakka and Selphie. So probably around the age of 13-15 if she was in it.

I think he could be drawing on how Tidus, Wakka and Selphie were all made to be around Sora's age in KH, despite being much older originally.

Agreed, Tifa could appear anywhere and at any age. Heck, considering we're going into the "multiple realities" idea, she could be from Twilight Town for all we know.

I'm just fairly certain that, so long as KH continues and they need to keep injecting new FF characters into the series (while probably slowly phasing out the older ones... *woe!*) we'll probably end up seeing the likes of Tifa, Yuna, Rinoa etc. eventually. So don't be too surprised. ;)

I really don't believe those Tifa rumors. I haven't seen them anywhere except CloTi sites. :rolleyes: Besides, they already have Aerith and Yuffie, two of the three FFVII females. Why would they put all of them in KH2 when they can use females from other games? They have no females from FFX, so I think Yuna will appear in it. I have heard rumors that Yuna is going to be in KH2 and I have even seen her voice actress, Hedy Buress, listed on a site for KH2.

Rinoa would be another good choice. ^_^

Oh yeah. I heard that instead of Yuffie, they were supposed to use Rikku but they thought that this might confuse people with the character Riku...so they scratched Rikku out of it and placed Yuffie instead. :P

I think it would have been better to have Rikku (since its more balanced between final fantasies) but I must say, its cute seeing Yuffie with Leon like that. :lol:
