LOL, I remember that! We were talking about it in one of the News and Announcements topics. Cid even said her holding the rod looked perv! Yeah and people were claiming they could make out people's faces like Reno etc. It was pretty funny!

Ye know... up until shortly before the E3 convention, there were hints of Aerith all over the place in the first two trailers we saw, but nothing of Tifa. We saw Aerith's funeral scene, Square said that Cloud was living alone, we saw the scene of Cloud walking through Aerith's Church, we saw the Sleeping Forest battle, etc., but we saw nothing of Tifa whatsoever for months after the Square first announced AC. In fact, here's the very first pictures we saw of Tifa in AC:

That's dated May 6th, 2004. Advent Children was announced on Sept. 25, 2003... so we didn't hear *anything* about Tifa for months. Aerith was actually seen in the trailers before Tifa, although it was in the funeral scene. The first pic we saw of Aerith's half-face was on 6/19/04.

I used to have the pics of each, but I guess I don't have them any more. They were shown somewhere on adventchildren.net. I remember they showed Nanaki, Zack, Cait Sith, and Aerith. I wasn't sure of the pic of Zack, actually... it didn't look much like him to me. :lol: I'll see if I can get them for you again. :rolleyes:

It's funny, because you have what *I* thought was Aerith circled. Other people think she's in another part of it. Lemme see if I can get the pic.

There was this black logo where I saw her with a staff and it really looked like her in those Nomura's stupid sketches O_o but in the white logo it really looks like she's near the flower htingy

It's all about what you want to see in that logo. I'm sure you could find each and every charactere there somewhere if only you would really want to. The only one that really seems to stand out is Aerith and that big flower...if it really is a flower. ^_^

yay it's pretty sure that Aerith will have a important role in this movie. As for the game: even if she wasn't there all the time, without Aeris at all no ending. :rolleyes:

Why would they drop Aerith now in AC?! Because she's DEAD?! Come on, if she wasn't going to be important in AC, she would be just a memory and her death would be freaking stupid.

Hmm... hidden characters in the logo? Interesting idea, but probable, considering the fact the Cloud and Sephiroth are both "materializing" out of the same medium that the other "hidden characters" are floating in.

JENOVA is a cetra right? so... if aeris and sephiroth are both cetras and they look alike, (sorta) does that mean that JENOVA looks sorta like aeris?

JENOVA isn't cetra, although we're never really sure what exactly she is. ^_^
