Hmm..it's quite nice actually. I don't really like the part at the large line at the top as it gives it more of a 'transparency' then 'pop-out' feeling. Don't really have any other comments except I don't like the coloring of the "F" in "Flip4Life", but that's purely personal preference. ^_^

I'm staying with my other comment. I just wanted to add, it makes me want a pair of 3D Glasses. lol. But I do see a slight pop-out effect in there now. I guess I jsut had to look at it harder.

Very well done! I love the background and the font you used. I would rate it a 9/10, the only thing that really dosn't get it up to a 10 is the black line at the top.
