Title: Maybe?

Lesca - August 1, 2005 07:02 PM (GMT)
I'm not sure if their is a topic about this but...
I was just reading about the party thing and the script for it....spoilers it says that Bahamut shoots a flare at Cloud and it hits him, and a womans hand reaches out for his and he either grabs it or something like that, and she says "lets go cloud" its probably Aerith...but am wondering if she is taking him somehow into the lifestream, or at least somewhere, maybe where Sepiroth is?

I hope he doesnt have to die to go that...place
/spoilers

any opinions? This is just a weird rant btw o.O

That's an interesting theory...so that would mean Sephiroth wasn't ressurrected, but still 'alive' in the lifestream. I like to think of it that way better then if he was back...it seems a lot of people would hate it for Aerith to be ressurrected because it would be cheezy and other things, but I haven't heard any complaints about Sephiroth that had seemingly been ressurrected in AC...

I just really hope the line 'Let's go, Cloud' is leading up to something, and not her just saying it where it could fit and ends there.

Yeah, it never seems anyone has a problem with Sephiroth being resurrected; they always start griping about Aerith being revived, though.

No, I think Cloud and Sephiroth are fighting in the real world. From 1Up:

Spoilers

Likewise the Cloud versus Sephiroth segment, which gives way to more spellcasting and swordclases, left trails of light in the wake of each sword swing as the pair flew through ruined buildings, hacking away at each other. Energy shards, rippling waves of tarmac as entire streets lifted up, and more added over-the-top effect upon over-the-top effect as the trailer climaxed in a non-stop assault on your senses in the form of the greatest anime battle ever committed to CG.

The Cloud versus Sephiroth battle even moves to the surface of the airship (there's nowhere the pair don't take it, really), which will no doubt make the final battle viewed on DVD one of the longest sustained fights ever seen on film.

Seii Monogatari - August 2, 2005 04:11 AM (GMT)
Forget the movie theatres, I'll hook it up the a projector!! There's a coffee shop called 'The Shop' with a large white wall next to it by where I live, and they play movies every Saturaday during the summer. I watched Edward Scissorhands there last Saturday. Such a sad movie.

Clorith - August 2, 2005 05:20 AM (GMT)
:lmao: I'll hijack my brother's home entertainment system. He has this projector and blackout curtains that throw the room in pitch darkness, even in the afternoon. *plots on tossing brother out of his home*

Yeah, that was such a sad movie. I loved the ending.

They may be afraid it'd be a big bust like FF movie was. They lost a LOT of money from that, and caused Sony Picutres to shut down, and they had to merge with Enix to survive...

Kaldea - August 3, 2005 07:09 AM (GMT)
They didn't HAVE to merge with Enix actually... They just thought that it was in both companies' best interest. FFXI is what came out of their ideas of how to make money.
