...that Cloud has been living alone for two years? Many Clotis on ACF are telling me that Cloud HASN'T been living alone, and there's a possibility that he lived with Tifa and the orphans for a while. Can someone clear this up for me?

Looking at the official site, there are at least two instances of SQUARE themselves saying Cloud lived in solitude. I don't see "with Tifa" anywhere in those instances. The people you are talking to are full of crap.

Exactly, Nomura also said he'd been away from Midgar and was just coming back at the beginning of the movie. And seeing as Tifa lives in Midgar...

Yeah, like CG and Sefie said, SE and Nomura have said that Cloud has been living a life of solitude without much human contact, so Cloud couldn't have been living with Tifa. Clotis just like to twist things up with their lame theories and such. I think they have come up to that theory, just because Tifa has a 'family portrait'( :rolleyes: ) of her, Denzel, Marlene, and Cloud together.

Well Tifa is working with Cloud(Cloud has his own service) so they must have worked together during sometime.But Square said he's been a transporter and riding Fenrir,and helping orphans.He lives in the Church,he called the Church "home" at some point. But Cloud has been living in solitude so that should give you a hint of what he's been doing.

I don't think you should panic about Cloud and Tifa working together.Some come up that they are married. :lmao: I don't know either.

Thanks guys, I was getting extremely confused over at ACF, with all the different opinions and whatnot.

I am not quite sure about this line...I think they inferred from Tifa's speech over the phone in 7th heaven when someone called for Cloud.

However, the official site has stated in Cloud's profile, something along the line of "He learnt who he truly was during the FFVII journey. Despite that he now forsakes human contact and prefers living alone"

And the official intro for AC was something like
"Cloud showed no emotion and was bound by no principles; he was an ex-SOLDIER, and a merc, and there was nothing more to be said. But apathy could not shield Cloud forever. The reactor strike awoke in Cloud the need to confront the holes in his past, and his very reasons for being. And that journey, perhaps, took the heaviest toll…

Two years have passed…

Though Midgar, city of mako, city of prosperity, has been reduced to ruins, its people slowly, but steadily walk the road to reconstruction.

However, a mysterious illness called Geostigma torments them.

With no cure in sight, it brings death to the afflicted, one after another, robbing people of their fledging hope.

As far as I know, Tifa never said that. She says "He's not here". :rolleyes: CloTis have a tendency to make up stuff when they are losing. :angel: You can see all of the evidence I have gathered against Cloud and Tifa in AC here:

And Tifa said, "Cloud doesn't live here anymore..."

But Tifa really said "Cloud doesn't live here anymore", and it's not a rumour, though it could be possible that Cloud must have stayed with Tifa and Marlene for a while but then decided to move out because maybe he couldn't take living with other people, like he'd rather be alone in the church where he can... maybe still live with Aeris even with her memory alone. :(

Anyway, I think Cloud just pops in to settle his "transporter" business and check up on them once in awhile. Then he leaves on his jobs and continues with his "life of solitude".

Yea, i don't think cloud's been living with tifa either...he seems to want to distant himself from her for some reasons...I wonder why...maybe he feels guilty about not returning her feelings?

Just to clarify... it is a rumor. She didn't say, "Cloud doesn't live here anymore". She said, "Cloud isn't here anymore", which doesn't have to mean that Cloud lived there. It can mean that Cloud had just been there for a visit and left.
