Reju walked along the streets he sighed a deep heavy sigh as he exited the city. ReRe followed behind him and he laughed. "I can never get rid of you can I?" he asked his friend. The cheetah meowd and Reju laughed he started walking he wass not sad, he was more worried to find a way to stop the war...b.efroe the planet...or before the world...came to an end.

Iris walked along the dirt road that led from her house to the market. Her cat following her slowly.
"Emiko...' she said lightly and bent down to pet the small, fluffball.
As she entered the streets, she noticed a man followed by a cheeta. Her necklace glowed blue and she was calmer. She really couldn't be that calm though. In the west, a war was about to start and she didn't know what to do. Her brother was in the military and she wanted to go fight with him.
'Iris, they don't let women into the military' her mind reminded her. Just as she crossed the path of the man, he nodded to her. He was saying hello without words. She nodded back.

Reju smiled at ReRe as it seemed to want to talk to the other cat. Reju looked at the woman she looked rather worried. "What is the matter?" he asked her with a smile. He leared a smile always makes people happy.

"Oh it's just this war." she said sighing. "My brothers in it. I wanted to go help him, but they don't let woman into the military." she responded.

Reju nodded. "I am sorry. I wish I could find a way to stop it. Countries always fight over sensless battles." He said and klnelt down to pet ReRe behind the ears.

"That's a cute pet." Iris said trying to drop the subjet. "What's it's name?" she then asked.

Reju looked up at her and smiled. "His name is ReRe." He said and then ReRe ran up to Iris and liked her legs. "ReRe stop that." Reju said to his cat

Iris laughed.
"It's what Emiko does, so I'm used to it." she said smiling looking at her cat. Soon after she said this, soldiers started to fill the streets.
"Not again." she said.
"What?" the man asked.
"Follow me." she demanded.

Reju sighed. "Um..okay?" he said and began to follow her. "I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Reju."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Iris." she whipered as she bent down into an alley with Reju behind her. "These soldier will take random people and put them on the front lines. Unless you want to be there, you have to stay here." she explained.

He nodded. "Um...so that means we hide? Why don't we just leave the town?" Reju wisperd to her. "Oh and nice to meet you."

"Because when you come to this town, they somehow know where to find you no matter where you go. You can hide, but that don't mean that they wont eventually find you." Iris explained. "That's how they got my brother." she said lowly as two soldiers past by. "It's nice meeting you too." she whispered.

Reju rolled his eyes. "Wow, we can't live in fear." he said and stood up. He started running as fast as he could many of the soldiers spotted him and called out for him to stop. Reju still ran and the soldiers began to shoot. He made it to the edge of the city and many gaurds stopped him. "Sorry but this is my exit." He said with a laugh and tripped some gaurds. ReRE then glowed in a blue arura and turned into a giant Cheetah that had Ice paws and Teeth. Reju hooped on ReRe and looked at Iris. "Commin?" he said and put his hand out to her.

Iris looked at him shocked.
"You're the first to ever do that." she said. "Get me out of this town.... WAIT! I have to get home!" she said loudly. She pulled out her staff, that she always had on her no matter what. Just in case.

Reju shrugged. "Okay suit yourself." he said and ReRe jumped over the gates. "I will be back for you!" he called out as him and ReRe dissapperd into the setting sun.

Iris ran swiftly past the soldiers that were in her way. She would occasionally hit them with her staff when they got close. Soon she was at the outskirts of the town. That's when it happened. She heard a gunshot. She stopped running and looked back.
"That's her!" one of the men yelled.
"Get her!" another one yelled.
She ran as fast as she could, but that wasn't enough. Her cat ran away after the gunshots and Iris stayed behind to fight. Her necklace was glowing bright red and she knew that she was in trouble.
'Oh man...' she thought. 'I can't take them alone.' he thoughts said again.
"REJU!" she yelled hopping that he would come back. When she waited for a few minutes, he never came.
"Rej-" she said getting cut off. One of the men had managed to get ahold of her.
"You're coming with us." he said and started to walk away.

Reju stood behind the soldier and right when he turned around reju shook his finger. "You really should not treat a lady like that." he said with a cocky attitude. He then kicked soe gaurds who attacked him and the Soldier dropped Iris. Reju then ran to the man and punched him in the jaw at that ReRe ran up out of no where and attacked the soldier Reju walked over to Iris. "You okay?" he asked with a concerndd voice.

She didn't say anything at first, but she put her hands together, gathering strength and blasted the guard behind Reju with ice.
"Thanks." she said standing up. "He's not going anywhere for a while." she said now looking at the frozen soldier. Reju looked behind him.
"Nope." he said still smiling.
"Why are they after me though?" she asked.

Reju shrugged then stepped on the frozen gaurd brakking off his arm. "Well looks like he won't be using that anymore." He said with a laugh all the other soldiers backed off and Reju hopped on ReRe. "Okay, now you reay to go?" he asked with a laugh.

"Please. I'd rather live in a dumpster than be here," Iris said.

Reju laughed helping her on. "That could be arranged." he jocked.

Iris laughed.
"I don't really want to live in a dumpster." she said walking to her house.

Reju smiled. "I was joking." He said and then followed her to her house.

((Ahhh!!!!! *runs around till she runs into a sign* 'POST YOU FOOL!' it says))

Iris opened her door slowly. Her kitchen was clean... for once.
"Come on in." she said holding the door for Reju.

Shantha was lying with her belly down on her cloud, looking down at a mess of defeated soldiers.

"Really..." she sighed, rolling her eyes "Why freeze them when you can just...warm things up?"

She opened her hand and a ball of fire appeared. The threw it gently down to the town. Soon the small flame reached everywhere, burning the town to ground.

"Better!" she said, smirking "Waaay better..."

Reju shrugged. "Um thanks." he said and walked in. ReRe took baby cheetah form and scammperd ahappily in. Reju then looked around. "Nice house." He said with a faint smile. Reju then looked around as the house began to burn down. "ummm is you house suppose to be on fire?" he asked puzzled.

"Oh great." she said. She ran to her room and grabbed a picture.
'Mom...' she thought.
"Come on Iris. We have to get out of here!" Reju yelled over the embers. Iris looked at him and nodded. She ran out of the house with him and looked up at the sky. She saw a red cloud.

"ReRe take us up there!" Reju shouted and ReRe turned into his icey self. Iris and Reju flew to the cloudand they looked at Shantha "What the hell are you doing?" he asked the woman.

"Was there a reason why you burnt my house?" Iris asked.

Reju snickerd alittle. I really don't theink there is a reason why she did that..... he thought and held his snickers.

Iris looked over to Reju who had a smile on his face.
"What's so funny?! That was my house!" she yelled.

Reju shrugged. "Nothing...I always smile it makes people happy." he lied trying not to laugh.

"Whatever." Iris said. She stood up anf jumped off ReRE. "I'll see you later... maybe." she said walking away when she landed.

Reju shrugged. "PMS much?" he mutterd under his breath then turned back to the girl. "So, what isyour name, mine is Reju."

"You...are...weird." answered Shantha, throwing her hair backwards "Humans usually don't like fire...specialy on villages."

She looked down at the girl.

"I wonder if she likes fire too..." she added with an evil grin, opening her hand showing a ball of fire.

Reju looked at Shantha. "Don't even think about it." he said his face going str-eit. He looked serious and was ready to dive for Iris to get out of the way.

Iris walked slowly. She was thinking about turning back and apilogizing. Soon, her necklace turned a faint red, but hse ignored it.
'If Reju's in trouble, let him get himself out of it.' She thought.

Shantha frowned angrily.

"Who do you think you are, stupid mortal!!"

She turned into a vulcumy and her fur started to burn. The flames exploded and a wave of fire hit everything in 5 miles reach.
