I heard about this package over on AVsim some time ago...it's a package that covers terrain just South of the Alps. It covers two airports and much of the surrounding areas.

The first of these airports is Lugano...complete with AI, moving airports carts and even some surrounding shops! The detail (as you will see when you scroll down) is incredible!

Then there's Como Aeroclub...one of the few European schools for seaplanes!

The water runway lights are on bouys, and really light up the night, the hangar has a ramp leading up to it, and the doors can be opened by tuning your Nav 1 to 113.10! The interior of the buildings are also great!
Some closer shots in the Nemeth 120 Colibri (freeware version)

Lugano, is greatly appreciated by it's business customers because of its location. Also, it's an important location for the tourist industry! Here is a view of a flight from Milan to Lugano in this FSD Piaggio P 180 Avanti:

The approach is quite challenging (especially IFR), on the back runway!

And the detail of the airport once you land!

But of course, this is an area meant to fly low and slow! Floatplanes and Amphibs are the best here!
You can really see the detail as shown here in the Aerosoft Super Cub...

Also the mesh (it really is incredible!)

Plenty of places for water landings!

More to see from the freeware Lake Turbo Renegade (well, it
does say "Fly The Lakes"...right?)

There's plenty to explore and it's interesting to fly between the mountains and see everything! The cities and villas look as you'd expect in this sort of place!

The place looks great at night too! And there are lots of little extras (such as that lighthouse behind the freeware Sikorsky S38)

And landing at Lugano in the early dawn!

The team didn't scrimp at Como either! There's the sculpture and the stadium behind! (As seen behind this freeware MD500D Amphibian!) You can really see the bouys in the second shot too!

The Bill Lyons Challenger II is also great for flying around this area...

But maybe you didn't get the Challenger II before Bill Lyons went on vacation...well, fret not! Because Cloud 9 provides an excellent alternative...the SeaMax!

The SeaMax is also powered by a Rotax engine. It cruises at about 85 MPH, provides a wide view, and is a great plane to tour this area with! It sounds great too!

Now...to provide the whole story...the VC of the SeaMax is not as detailed as..say, the Challenger...or several other planes out there.

But to be fair, Ultralights are not known for having a lot of frills in their cockpits anyways. Also, the SeaMax is not the focus of the package (The
scenery is)
Another caveat is that the water "bounce/crash" bug is still here...this is more a flaw in FS9 rather than the fault of the designers. Nor can you avoid the really bumpy transition from the water onto the land (or the Como ramp). But you really can't hold the package responsible for this...
And all this retails for $24...a very nice deal when you consider all that you get! There are also Easter Eggs to find (I still haven't found them, but supposedly, you can get free Cloud 9 products if you do find them).
I was very happy with this package and give it an 8 out of 10! And if you like scenery, you should definitely give this package a look!
