First off, I'm still not sure what our guild's orgins are since we have a gaelic name and someone was talking about spartan origins, I was wondering if anyone had a good site for choosing names that would fit the clan's background.

Basically 2 steps:
1. What is the guild's orgins?
2. Where can I find a naming list for those orgins?

Germanic names would be better IMO.

You'll be able to choose barbarian names (and others) when creating your character in RV.

Though I urge to use your forum name as your middle name, so identification won't be a problem.

It'll be like this:

barbname "nickname" barbsurname.

That was the plan...I just felt really weird having only "Icespy" even though I've carried the name for so long, RV seems....different.

Thing is thats like a latinized version of my name.

This will be wierd. Cpt.Wenis won't really fit in "barbarian" names, and it is the first time I've used it. I usually use TheKey.

You can change your in-game name any way so dont worry about it

Just 'Wenis' would do fine, Cpt. Wenis. Kaso, Capo, Honduras, they all go nicely. But Xenophon, TB666, zelda and wOrSt NiGhTmArE, I suggest you let your creativity work :P

Thor Al... sounds much like Rand Al Thor from Robert Jorden's wheel of time. A good book, has some similarties to Lord of the Rings.

Never read it, but Al your name isnt too bad. I think you could come up with something better though, you seem to be smart enough
