Hi, my name is Matt and I'd like to apply to join your guild. I am 20 years old and from Minnesota, USA. I am a history major and I've always been very interested in the Roman era. I currently play WoW but am getting a little bored with end game content. I think the economics and building aspects of this game will make the game remain fresh and fun. Once I start playing a game I am very commited(obsessed) so you can count on me to be playing 4-6 hours a day. My preferred profession would be woodcutter and carpenter but would be willing to reconsider if the guild needed something else. Hope to hear from you all soon.

Makristo I hope too that Roma Victor will be a lasting fun and refreshing game, with such a comprehensive economic structure it should be too! Please take a look at the occupation thread under “general clan discussion” if you feel interested, it will give you a better idea of what occupations Bràthair Prasgan requires. Being obsessed is a good thing especially when the game is a MMORPG, however BP needs members who have initiative, common sense and loyalty. Why are you interested in joining Bràthair Prasgan? Why would you prefer being a member with us and not another Barb guild? Why would you benefit BP more than the next man/women who submits an application? Again, thank you for your interest in Bràthair Prasgan.

Well to be honest, Brathair Prasgon looked to be the biggest and one of the more organized barb clans out there and I think clans will be more important in this game than others. Ultimately I would to see the barbarian clans unite and overthrow the Romans; to do this I think we really need to be focused on the economy first because everyone knows with money comes power. In my opinion I think unexperienced and younger gamers will tend to go Roman and this is why I think that overthrowning the Empire could actually be possible. I would also really love to see a huge barbarian city that could act as the center of all barbarian power. Well I'm rambling now but I have a lot of ideas and alot of excitement and I'd really like to start planning all this now so we can really start off with a bang when RV launches.

Hello Makristo, nice to see a new face around.

First things first I have some good news and bad news.

Bad first, Brathair Prasgan has slowed down right now do to the fact that we have chatted the hell out of this and the like (look to the left if you don't believe, my posts was not edited nor any other members).
So at the moment we have not be talking a whole lot about the game >.>.

Good news, we are still here and I, for one, would welcome fresh ideas and takes.

If you want to join a guild to chat, and post cool ideas we are good choice for barbarian.

If you want a free ride, then I can point you in the direction of several viable guilds for your style.

Normally I have a ton of questions to ask, but my index fingure is sprained and its a bitch to type now.

If you have anything else to add, we are all ears.

Well its been an interesting couple of days, and since it was my right index fingure I have had little precious gaming time :(

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind me asking:

- We could always use another mature gamer in our guild, Matt, but why do you like the Roman era so much? What attracts you to it?

- If you like economics (who dosen't, yummy stuff it is) why do you wish to be a wood cutter? To be honest chopping down trees dosen't exactly hold the highest rung for economics...

- It seems you hold the same passion, that is to unite and overthrow the romans. I am curious why is this? I have my reasons, but I would like to know yours.

- Your ideas are welcome, especially since I have raked our members dry of theirs. Do you have anythoughts on how to improve our guild or what things that should be changed?

- Lastly how did you come to find Roma Victor? And what sparked your interest in this game then say Rome: Total War or the many clones that it has spawned?
