Title: The People Of Britannia
Description: Clan Council

Hello.

First off, I would like to direct your attention to a post on the RV forums.
http://www.roma-victor.com/community/bb/viewtopic.php?t=7427

The People of Britannia has been incorrectly viewed by most as a group trying to control the tribes, though this is the exact opposite of what The POB even stands for.

The People of Britannia is established for the clans of Britannia to join in on a Clan Council, not in any way controlled by the POB leadership but moderated at meetings. It is for clans to discuss trade, territory, disagreements and disputes, friendships, and anything else relevant to the land of Britannia and its people. On top of the council the POB will have its own Diplomatic Corps (For the peaceful resolution of disputes internal and external to POB), Engineering Corps (for assisting clans with construction, building towns and fortifications in Britannia, and combat engineering), Priesthood (for the blessing of Britannia and its people and cursing of there enemies) and a Home Guard (elite regiments never leaving the land of Britannia and defending it to the last man).

I am sending a message to the clans I have not or am not already in contact with to attempt in acquiring growth to the clan council. There is no requirements to joining aside from if Britannia is ever invaded 1 General officer or Elder and regiment(s) are given to the Home Guard for the duration of the war. The General Officers will run there own regiments and hold the same rank as POB Home Guards, and all of them will work together in securing the land of Britannia

If you have any more questions or would like to join the Council please contact me via MSN at "saelice@hotmail.com".

They are not in Britain. So it would be off little use to them if any. Just letting you Saelice, and do try to be less restrictve on your standards and rule Saelice. Freindly advise.
