A small update on our Roma Victor topic- the recruitment topic.

Basically shifted things around added some bold fixed a sentence here and there nothing too fancy.

I would appreciate it though if some of you could post your ideas about what we could add to that thread and also to post in that thread. Bumps never hurt :ph43r:

Also I pushed down my paragraph about me to the end... for some reason I can't quite comprehend, people may not want to read about me and my grand life :blink:
