Title: No Kindness To Those Whom Harbor Adam
Description: Brathair Prasgan Pact

Methius Cursni - August 16, 2005 01:24 AM (GMT)
Recently Xenophon, our beloved leader and those of the Tuatha de Biatach Council have created a pact in which anyone whom harbors/houses Adam shall be treated with the utmost hostility.

On the Roma-Victor Forums ... here is Tuatha's and Brathairs offical announcement:

http://www.roma-victor.com/community/bb/viewtopic.php?t=5426

We at Brathair should do as our leaders have promised and I shall now stop even casually talking to Adam. I shall also add Greek Colony to our enemies list in the council forum.

This is a good day indeed.

Mordhak - August 16, 2005 08:01 AM (GMT)
Nobody ever stated that one leader on his own can speak on behalf of the clan. So that ridiculous "pact" is frozen until I come to an agreement with Xenophon and Bthizle.

And declaring the Greek Colony an enemy just because Adam tricked their leader Antonious into accepting him as a co-leader is childish and completely unnecessary. The only thing you are achieving like this is playing Adam's cards. This is just the way he wants it, the damned attention whore.

Also, Meth, for the last time, what did I say about posting in the diplomacy forum?

Demson - August 16, 2005 12:13 PM (GMT)
As a note, we did not declare war to Greek Colony. We released a statement that Adam and anyone harbouring will be regarded as hostile to the Tuatha, and thus be treated as enemy.

We're currently giving Greek Colony a grace period to look into the situation. I can imagine they will throw him out for his behaviour. If not, we will see them as enemies.

I would be cautious with making assumptions on greek colony. None of us know their true motives and intentions. For all we know, Antonious was aware Adam spammed our forums.

Fact remains is that Adam has shown hostile and harmful intentions to any guild that will not benefit him. We also know out of experience that he will manipulate and decieve.
The Tuatha will not sit idly by while this potential danger grows.

Xenophon agreed to a loose pact to treat Adam and anyone he associaties with as an enemy. We did not agree to a full-blown alliance against Greek Colony. Merely a mutual agreement regarding Adam.

[edit] for fatal wording, heh

Demson - August 16, 2005 12:18 PM (GMT)
There is something else which confused me. As Xenophon can not agree to a loose pact against a mutual enemy, does this mean the alliance invitation has been withdrawn? I offered the pact iin the same situation of the BoN invitation, or so I thought.

I think if we must go after Adam it should be in game and not through comments that will inflate his ego. After the first few times when bounty hunters come after his head he may realise that pissing about with the biggest guilds in a game he wants to play is a bad idea. He obviously has no intention of changing through our words, so it would seem time to revert to the sword.

That's what we intend to do. ;) Put a spear through him every time we meet. And anybody that'll defend him.

Which is why we released the public statement. As a sort of general warning.

Lhorkan - August 16, 2005 04:24 PM (GMT)
A general wearning which Adam loves to hear, like Mordhak already said.

zelda12 - August 16, 2005 05:21 PM (GMT)
It also means he'll be on the lookout for danger and so will be much harder to kill.

Demson - August 16, 2005 05:28 PM (GMT)
True, but basing an action on that fact alone is in our opinion short-sighted, as we already said. He's more then just an attention wanton.

This is of course, our vision. The Tuatha will respect Brathair's actions regardless. We're however fed up with this constant pestering of Adam. We will hold him accountable for his deeds in-game.

We do not care for that. It was not a warning to him, but to his associates.

Anybody who gets in the way is fair game as far as I'm concerned. Especially now.

That is what I thought was going to be a loose pact.

I told Demson that since our guild dislikes adam greatly I saw no problem in joining the Brathair in a loose pact to view adam and the guild that harbours him with dislike and distrust.

I forsaw no problem since we have already banned the bastard from our forums anyways...

As for BoN that was accepted by the guild and presented by me on their behalf.

Sorry for not posting this, but Demson was talking to me during rtw: rtr battle/campain with Bthizle and Great Britt, and I forgot to post this pact I made on your behalf.

NulliSecundus - August 17, 2005 05:50 AM (GMT)
Adam will no doubt see this as a victory, the strongest Barbarian guilds forming a coalition against him will no doubt will just inflate his already gigantic ego. However, this will be needed for in-game, however now...I cannot see it's need, other than to show Adam when he pushes we shove back. Prehaps this pact should be held back intill release. Atleast then we can actually inforce it.

Demson - August 17, 2005 10:12 AM (GMT)

The full commercial test will be pretty soon. This pact was in anticipation of that instead of full release, when he'll be in far away greece.

Gold has a very long reach...
