Isn't that because you are using someone elses account?

Besides I don't see what all the hype is about the game. I thought it would be a massive one faction versus another game (almost said good bye to roma victor right then and there :ph43r: ) but instead it is more like a diablo (am I current in this? I have never really played it just read about it)

Personaly i play WoW.

GW is currently a diablo-esque game. The PvP battles involve such things as 8v8 CTF, 8v8v8v8v8v8 mini-tournaments, 8v8v8 FFA, 8v8 "assault" (kill the guildlord), and some other things. It's a great game to pick up.

The reason I don't play it is because I was devoted in Beta, and once it released they wiped the chars. After that I had no envy about starting a grind to become competitive.

I understand what you mean about not wanting to play after they wipe your character... Damn you Roma Victor! My guy was kick ass and was gone the next without so much as a good bye :rip:

I play Guild Wars. Got a level 18 R/E. ;)

Are Rangers actually worth anything in PvP yet? They were pretty weak in beta.

I never really played PvP... where's the arena? :P

I've got a level 20 necromancer/warrior. He kicks ass. I'm currently in the desert south of Ascalon, so no large-scale PvP for me yet <_< I must admit that I didn't play for quite some time now though. It gets rather repetitive after some time.

And yes, the combat is just like in Diablo. Click & wait ;)

I liked Star Wars Galaxies combat before the, so-called, "upgrade".


I got my own character now, and know Xeno I levelled them all myself, I have a level 5 Warrior/Monk who is pretty cool, my favourite combo is Ranger/Mesmer, Phantasm Conjure is a great spell, especially with a max damage bow.

My warrior has a max damage axe, with +1 Axe Mastery 12%. I want to get a 15% damage increase when health is over 50%, because my health doesn't go below 50% much now.
