Good, that will surely boost up our numbers... though i would prefer that mass recruiting be done when RV hits the shelves and we can see the idividual in action. This is an elite guild, so our members should be sought out and asked if they would like to join the best of the best.

Maybe we should hold out on mass recruiting. I think we should wait until the game comes out and we can check the persons skills before we recruit them.

I agree with Xeno, I'm not sure you'll find to many people wanting to join, and then sticking around until the game comes out, and then actually playing the game.

I'm sure once people see our style and dominance in the game we will be fine in the recruiting department

Maybe, they have to see us first... thats why we should hold try outs or something once and a while so people know that we are serious about member performance.

And can current members be replaced from the results of the tryouts?

I reckon we should aim for a Guild size of 20-25 people to enter the game with. This should be a optimal number to run a village efficiently while keeping organisation to a minimal.

there in good sir lies your problem, you wouold be suprised by the total lack of people wanting to join guilds, besides few people want to start in the alps, they want to be in britannia or italy.

I dunno how popular the game is, but I think we'll be able to find more people easier after the game comes out.

As I have stated before mass recruiting is a bad thing, as reaps higher chances of getting the low lifes (example look at Legio Leonis at the end... it got ugly).

Besides what you do you guys really want? A large guild that is connected in basically name only or a smaller guild that is pretty tight?

My experiance is that if a guild gets to the point that you dont know everyone its got too many members, you want everyone to know everyone. Like goose said " United we stand, divided we fall. ht_bow.gif"

Yeah, sorry to dig up this post, but do you guys want me to try to get some Etruias members into BP? Like recruit them and such ... I only know of one .... Yanou, he a nice guys, new (prob only a week in Etruia) I recruited him .... HE like seige weapons ALOT. Hes seems very nice, though young like ... me.
