The suite is three rooms, each decorated in Yamani fashion and in various shades of blue, as its the Princess' favorite color.
The room in the center and the first to enter of the three has a large picture window towards the back, a small desk, complete with writing items and parchment in the desk drawers. There is sky blue curtains that frame the large window and to the right wall is large bookshelf housing many books in Yaman and some Tortallan ones as well as materials for study in accordance with Ruveila's classes.
The room to the left is the place for a visitor to rest, two small beds are located in here as well as a toybox for any children that come and want something to play with. The bedsheets in this room as well as the curtains are in powder blue.
The room to the right is Ruveila's bedroom. There is a large and plush bed in the center, the sheets in a navy blue and the comforter over them in sapphire blue, as well as the pillow cases on the many pillows in the room. A small couch sits to the the far right of the window and has a blue cover over it and pillows that match the ones on the bed. A small nightstand is next to the bed and mainly can be used as a table for eating or to set down a book on.
A long cord hangs down near the headboard of the bed so that she might summon a servant if needed. To the left side of the room, a cheery oak crib sets, with dark orchid hued coverings and a small cat plush sits near the end of the crib that is not in use. A small dresser sits nearby to that, along with a changing table, things that are now in use, as the baby has been born.
Inbetween the couch and the crib is a door that leads to her personal privy, and a bathtub of the finest quality and big enough for two if that is what she desires.
Ruveila layed on her bed, her baby cradled to her chest. It had been a week since she had given birth to the child and the little girl was very calm except after eating, which worried the first time mother but Tenten assured her that most infants fussed because of gas and to just try different ways of burping the child, which seemed to help. Ruveila was not the one that always nursed Chihaya, she had a wetnurse as well, so that she could have time to recover from the near bleedout she had with the birth.
Her skin was still pale as death and her nether region hurt like hell, but she was trying to tough it out. She had decided having some lessons to do might help her escape the irritation of cabin fever and decided to send Leon a letter. She had finished the assignments that Professor Mindelan had given her and heard that Leon was courting the woman and figured she could send these back with him to pass along to the woman as well. It hurt that Leon had started courting another woman but if he was happy, then Ruveila belived she could be happy for him.
Her uncle had been to see her once, telling her of several possible warlords that might consider a "broken" bride if the child was not a factor. It had led to a fight that caused Ruveila to nearly kill her own family member and knew it was the talk of the palace now, most likely. She had also sent notice to Kataru and Nobu that she had the baby and hoped to see both of them soon too, as she missed the woman, even with the constant company of Tenten, her daughter Kali and Anaro when evening meals came, as he was her bodyguard until Kataru decided if she wanted the job back in a more formal manner, if so, then Ruveila would be moved there, along with Tenten and Kali.
Ruveila was aware that the Amaterasu villa was near the area where Leon lived, as was Fin's home, and she wondered which place she might end up, as she could not stay at the Palace for too much longer. A whimper from Chi got her attention and she cuddled the infant closer to her and smiled when she noticed the girl's blue-grey eyes staring up at her and the child always felt so warm.. much warmer than any normal person, which was another reason she wanted to see Leon, to ask him if he could tell if the child carried a fire gift like he did, which Ru was guessing so, but did not know how to test for such a thing.
