Kasumoto unlocked the three mage locks on his door and heard the sound of his personal servant Diao-chan unlocking the other. The older female had been shocked to see her master coming home rather loopy but more so that he had female company. As she ushered the pair inside and to the sitting room, the servant hurried off and came back moments later with cups of fried rice and a kettle of hot ginseng tea and two cups before leaving the room.

Kataru sat Kasu down and then looked at the woman who brought the tea and fried rice in. She nodded her head and spoke a tiny thank-you and then poured a cup of tea and then brought it over to Kasu. "Here you are, drink this it should help." she said softly to him.

" Thank you Kataru.. for everything." Kasu replied softly, brushing a bit of hair from his eyes before tilting his head towards the door. " That was my servant Diao-chan. Worry not, she doesn't come around unless I call for her or she is in need of me for some reason. You don't have to fear her or anything. Kasumoto added about the woman, explaing that he took her as a servant so she could feed her children, being her husband was a member of the Imperial Army and gone a lot.

Kataru nodded her head as an 'I understand' gesture. "That was very kind of you to do that for her I would imagine that it helped her greatly." she said as she moved to the chair across from him and poured a cup of tea for herself and took a couple of sips then set it back down. "I gather since you are safe now at home, I should be going..I don't want to intrude and keep you from resting."

Kasumoto shook his head as she said something about leaving. " I will not have it, its getting dark out and you've an injury yourself to heal. Plus.. I... want you to stay with me." The Mage replied, gazing at the bodyguard from behind his teacup.

Kataru looked at him as he spoke and then felt her cheeks flush red as she then turned away. "I'm able to protect myself..." she said quietly as she couldn't look back at him. "Besides..it's not that bad of a wound... she said as she tried to play it off.

" I can't let you go.. I don't want you outside until at least sunrise.. please don't make me order it upon you. I hate to use my noble status in that manner.. but I'd really like the company."Kasumoto replied, it being the best answer he could muster up to get her to stay. He feared if she left then he might not see her again.

Kataru bit her bottom lip and then stood up and walked over to where he was sitting. She sat down next to him and then leaned against him. "You worry to much..." she said as she got comfortable and stayed there in his company.

" I worry when I care about someone, its just how I am. I am nothing like my father but I don't like anyone to know that I am a bit soft.. makes me look like a fruitcake if I do. Being a warrior, I am sure you understand that one all too well." Kasu replied, finishing the tea and rice before speaking again. He shifted his postion slightly to slide an arm around the female.

Kataru listened to him speak and as he wrapped an arm around her she cuddled more up to him her yamani sandals slipping off as she tucked her feet under her legs. "I guess now I can't leave since you have a hold on me." she said as she laughed softly teasing him.

" Indeed and when I have something I want, I don't tend to let go.. call me childish but I have lost too much in life to risk letting it happen yet again."Kasu said softly, resting his head on top of hers as he sighed softly. There was a pain and stiffness in his limbs from overworking himself that always seemed to happen when he drained his Gift.

Kataru looked at him after he spoke his words. "You desire my company that your not going to let me leave...." she whispered. "I wouldn't be able to leave anyways when you have your door locked with magical locks..." she finished as she slid into his lap and rested up against him, cuddling close.

Kasumoto chuckled, as he had forgotten about that. " Keeps the pest population under control, as I can choose who and what comes into my home." He replied, a grin appearing on his face. He felt rather silly still but was slowly 'sobering' up.

Kataru looked at him. "If you think about it you can keep somebody in here to..." she whispered as she kissed him softly and tucked herself up under his chin. She let her arm lay limp in her lap it was slightly bothering her but not as bad as it had been when it happened.

Kasu shrugged lightly at the comment. " They only work from the outside, so you could still leave if you wanted to... but.. nuu.. staay with me." Kasu said, his speech slurring slightly as his brain was fishing itself out of the random gutter moment it had fell into when Kataru kissed him.

Kataru couldn't help but laugh softly as he spoke. "Then it looks like I have an escape route in mind..." she said teasing him as she turned and sat towards him looking at him. "Though it looks like I won't be going anywhere anyways..." she trailed off as she brought her lips back to his.

Kasu tilted his head to the side as he looked at her while she was speaking." So you think my dear.. so you think.." Kasu replied with a smirk before she spoke again and after that, the need for words became obsolete as he returned her kiss, keeping her in a secure hold so that she would not fall off the couch of sorts or try to escape.

Kataru kissed him back as she linked her arms around his neck. She then pulled back slightly to breath. She looked into his eyes as she brought one of her hands back and gently brushed her fingers over his cheek and his lips as she then brushed her lips over his cheek. She then lightly brushed it over his nose and his forehead. She then looked at him again "I love you Kasu..." she whispered softly.

" Aishiteru." The Mage replied before rising up from the couch and picking the warrior up and moving to his private quarters, where Diao-chan would not accidently run into them and let Kataru look around the very Yamani style room as he moved to his clothing bureau and pulled out a yukata he wore to sleep in and moved behind the changing screen to change. Make yourself at home, love."

Kataru looked around the room and was in awe. She had only seen one of these kind of rooms in the palace or the noble houses. She had never imagined herself in one of them. She realized she was already without her shoes and she slowly sat down on her knees on a cushion. It was a spacious room. She then heard him changing cloths and for some reason she felt a blush creep to her face as she placed her hands in her lap and looked down at them hiding her face.

Kasumoto stepped out from behind the screen, wearing a dark red yukata with a black sash tied about the waist. His hair hung loosely down his back, tied back in a low horsetail. He looked over at Kataru as he moved over and sat on his bed. " So do you want the bed?"

Kataru looked up and over to him and still couldn't help the blush that kept creeping to her cheeks. "I can sleep elsewhere..." she said softly. "I do not wish to take you of your bed, it would...it would be rude of me.."

Kasu shook his head, his muscles clearly defined in the yukata as he moved over and took her hand and motioned to the bed. " I insist you take it my dear.. and if you are that worried about me sleeping on the couch.. we could.. share the bed.. its plenty big enough."He replied in a gentle tone, looking at her meaningfully.

Kataru looked at him and then found herself blushing yet again. "I guess we...could share the..bed...there's no reason for you to be kicked out of it..." she said trying to get her blush under control.

Kasumoto felt heat coming to his face as well but managed to keep from blushing. He cleared his throat for a moment then motioned to the bed. " Go ahead and make yourself comfortable while I...um.. take care of an issue." He replied and thanked Yama for him having the sense to wear loose pants.

Kataru looked at him and then went into the bedroom and untied her obi and folded it and placed it on a nearby chair and then let her kimono slip off. She had underneath of her green kimono a black yukata. She went and sat on the bed and just stayed there. She felt really weird about being here but she had no choice..he wouldn't let her leave and she didn't want to kick him out of his bed. She should of been the one to sleep on the couch!

Kasumoto indended to move towards the privy but curse it, his feet refused to move, almost like his body was rebelling, his hormones in conflict with his better judgement. He had not married Kataru, so he had no right to bed her in any way, but his hormones were saying, screw morals, you love her and should see what happens.

Feeling his resolve melt under the stress of the hormones insistance, the Mage moved over to the other side of the bed and sat down, trying to think of what to say or do that kept hands to himself. " You.. um.. would not freak out if I accidently sleep hugged you would you? I've been known to do that..."

Kataru looked at him and her face was still covered with a light blush. "You wouldn't be doing it on purpose..." she said softly. She then moved herself so that she was sitting on the bed her feet tugged under her so that she was sitting in like a lady type style. She looked over at him and moved over to him and pressed her cheek to his back and brought a hand up and gripped his yukata. She stayed there hoping it wasn't bothering him.

Oh Yama.. she was now against him and he could feel the heat from her body against his back her hand on the broad expanse of his chest. This close contact did nothing to help soothe the fire within him, it actually added fuel to the fire. " Not to sound itachii here but.. I am a bit... excited to say the least to have you this close..." He stumbled out and then wished he'd kept his mouth closed. Oh what was he thinking?

Kataru felt her face growing warmer and she took her other hand and wrapped it around his waist. For some reason she wasn't scared of what he was capable of doing to her. "Why hold back..." she whispered softly to him. Sure she was scared of what could happen but for some reason she didn't mind if her first time was with him.

" Because.. I.. um.. don't want to force you into anything.. or to hate me afterwards for making you hurt." Kasumoto replied and it was evidant that he was having a great deal of difficulty holding himself back as her other hand hit the front of his body and felt like fire.

Kataru slowly leaned up and brought her hands up as well brushing them against his chest as she brought her lips close to his ear. "It can't be helped sometimes can it?" she said softly. "Please...be my first..."

Kasumoto felt his resolve melting like an ice cube in the summer heat. Feeling it was okay to give into his body's desires, he gently pulled her hands from his chest and turned to face her, holding her close while gazing into her eyes, very seriously. " You are certain.. I can't go back..."

Kataru looked at him. "I know..I wouldn't of said anything to you if I wasn't ready..." she whispered to him. "You are the first person that has ever been so close to me like this. I love you Kasumoto.." she said as she brought her lips to his softly.

Kasumoto felt his heart clench for a moment as she spoke. he was not certain if he had it in him to still be able to please a woman but the fact Kataru had nothing to compare it to eased the nervousness a touch. he returned her kiss, then moved his lips from hers and trailed down her throat, his yukata slipping down on one side, as he had not tied the sash very well.

Kataru let out a soft sigh as he trailed his lips down her throat. She was a rare case indeed when it came to this as she had never been touched like this by anyone. She was always one of the ones that stayed quiet and in the shadows away from anybody or anything that could harm her or even get close to her. But he had found her, and he loved her...to her that was all that mattered in her heart and mind.

Kasumoto felt hot, like the very clothing upon him was like material fire and he moved back from Kataru to shed his top and pants, leaving him in his loincloth and felt some release of the heat from shedding the unneeded garments. He then loomed over Kataru, taking a moment to take in everything about her.

Kataru's face was bright crimson red. She brought her hands up and brushed them over his muscles as she brought her arms around his neck. She pulled herself up and brought her lips to his once again as she dragged him down with her as she laid down upon her back. She then pulled back and cupped his face with her hands and looked him in the eyes as she whispered a soft 'I love you'.

Kasumoto moaned softly into her ear before he began to remove her myriad of cloth, which was her kimono. After doing so, he allowed himself to gaze upon her form and take it all in, committing it to memory, in case something ever happened to tear them apart. " Wo Ai Ni.." He whispered in reply.
