Name: Sirius Gibbs
Title: Head of the Stables
Age: 31
Alliance: Mithros
Appearance
Face and Structure
Sirius stands at towering six-foot-three, his weight evenly distributed about his form. He is trim, from ages of working at barns and riding the horses, but he doesn't have muscles to sport and brag about. His skin is a tan pigment, and his eyes are a light hazel-green. The horse-hearted man's thick, dark brown, hair is kept at a manageable length, manageable meaning he doesn't have to do anything with it. The nose on his face looks as if its been broken at one point, and his lips are thin; his chin narrow and rugged with coarse hairs.
The man doesn't have any scars to boast, and never wears much accessories. He has two scars: one across his upper arm, one on his calf. They provide no limitations to any of his daily activities, but when he is thoughtful, he will run a long finger along the one on his arm if it is close enough. When he talks, it is obvious of his country drawl, and his face is often expressive.
Clothing
Normally he wears just a plain shirt, simple trousers, and old, beat up, boots that are amazingly still in one piece. He does have a nice outfit that he keeps locked up for different reasons, but he will drag it out if he must attend any social. Otherwise, it is both safe and out of his eyes there.
Extra
As is well known, Sirius is horse-hearted. He can communicate with the horses, and his healing is limited. Yet, being of Wild Magic, he has been known to be empty of all his magic and collapsing.

Character's History
Horse-heartedness has been in the Gibb’s family for as long as anyone can remember. Thus, the family has always been in the business of training, breeding, and caring for horses. Due to the family business being in so long, Sirius, the latest of the Gibb’s at thirty-one, receives a fairly nice income at his current job of Manager and Groomsman at the Palace Stables. His parents still do get a nice payment as well, yet they are not as fully involved with the business anymore. At the present, it is not Sirius who fully ones the family business, but his older brother Abner, who is also horse-hearted.
Sirius' childhood was simple, and even a bit pleasant. True, having an older brother by four years wasn't exactly a walk in the sun during the teenage years, but their relationship has developed into a relying one. As a child, the minute he could begin to walk and lift, he had began lessons in horsemanship. Talking to the horses occasionally made it a bit more exciting to say the least. He never always wanted to be at the barn all the time, and once school started, he was happy to get away from it. As time went on, and school finished, he started to realize and accept that horses were humans as well. Only, that they needed care constantly. His parents and himself have their tiffs and disagreements, but otherwise, they work well together, and family has made sure that he kept his manners around many people. Like any other villager, he was taught the art of a longbow and crossbow; to both hunt, and defend oneself from any surprise attack.
When he was about sixteen, a group of bandits had come upon the village suddenly. This first attack was not what Sirius Gibbs would classify as exciting. He found himself in a fair amount of trouble, earning the slash of a sword on his arm, and an arrow in his calf, his nose breaking in the process as well. Being one with a low tolerance of pain, he immediately collapsed on the spot. After quick healing by herbs from the hedge witch, he would be meant to carry the scars forever, reminding him of the battle. Nowadays, it doesn't bother him as much, but he will run his fingers along the one on his arm.
When he was of adulthood, and only a lesser son, his parents offered him the choice to go work up at the palace stables, were many of their horses normally went. Sirius agreed, and when he arrived at Corus, he found himself intimidated by the thick crowds, and large, overlooking buildings. It was different, compared to the companionship of a horse, and the wide openness of a barn. So thus, he decided to never venture much into the city if he could help it. However, he proved to be a good worker, and easily rose to be an assistant.
One day, when the previous owner of the stables had left, never to return, the position was handed down to Sirius. He was pretty much shocked, but took the spot, feeling honored. His parents were proud of him, as he was of himself. As ten years passed, he's run a tight barn whilst being able to keep the stable hands and the horses happy. Yet, he's never really found himself happy, and he doesn't know why. This is his dream job, after all, and he's never really discerned why. Any excuses he has found, he has discouraged the thought of. The thing is, he's a bit lonely, and yearns for a human friend, as the horses tell him. Yet, he doesn't believe that is the problem. So, he just let it go, and decided to not worry about it; it hasn't done anything harmful to him yet.
Personality
General Behavior
Sirius is a calm, and laid back person for his size, and is normally very attentive to his surroundings. He is empathetic as well, and tries to act accordingly to different emotions, yet when a person begins to cry, it completely throws him off balance. Even more so when it is a female. Most of the time, he is affected as well by the emotions, and when he can, he tries to avoid upset or angry people. The thing is, though, the man has found himself overcome in sadness, mostly when he is away from the horses, as if he has a separation disorder. The equines know this when he is around them, and their blunt common sense does stick with him. However, he often finds himself forgetting their advice when the time actually comes.
Talents/Skills
When it comes to training, is a good when it comes down to it; he is strict with the horses, and how the behave. He is, perhaps, even a bit stricter with his stable hands. Gibbs likes his barn clean, and precise; he'll keep mark of feeding amounts, and accurate records. Although he doesn't speak much with his employee's, he is good at administrating them orders at what to do around the barn, and teaching them the horsemanship they want to know. Perhaps he is just a bit anal compulsive about the horses, but it is much easier to him to do that, than have an ill horse.
