i listen to alot of jrock and jpop,but what about you guys,do yall listen to japanese music?

Yay! I love the stuff. I don't always know the name of the song or artist but I know the song and I know I like it! Gackt, Le~arc~en~Ciel and the Pillows are really good!
I have some anime soundtracks too. My favorites are FLCL, Evangelion, Gundam SEED (I LOVE Invoke), Fullmetal alchemist, the 'be human' CD for Ghost in the Shell and Wolf's Rain. Add to that all the random anime theme songs I like but don't have.
My alltime favorite anime theme song is the opening for Evangelion... Thesis of the Cruel Angel.
I have a Utada Hikaru CD too... but she sings in English... does she count? Anyway, the CD is just okay but I still really love her song from Kingdom Hearts "simple and clean"

i dont know wat utada hikaru is,but i still listen to her songs,i dloaded a bunch of em,i also like listening to ayumi hamasaki,boa,do as infinity,gackt,l'arc~en~ciel,day after tomorrow,every little thing,T.M.Revolution,hmmm,quite a list have wouldnt ya say.

Ah, see the wonderful thing about Yoko Kanno is that she is a composer. Many songs you probably already knew are by her. Songs from Wolf's Rain and Ghost in the Shell were composed by Kanno. I think she's amazing!

Hayama's description is absolutely correct!! many animes contain music composed by her..like Cowboy Bebop!!! also Macross Plus and as far as I know something for 'X' aswell..but Hayama's probably more informed than me on CLAMP's works! :D

she did the third opening song for Inuyasha. Owarinai Yume is the name of the song. I've got a few other of her songs aswell...
