wats it about?does it have an interesting story?im always lookin for new animes to watch.

It had a interesting story, I'm usually not into this type of story but i enjoyed it. The real treat of the movie was it's animation. When the movie first started i was blown away. It was nothing like i had seen before, and believe it to be the next step in animation for all (dont get me wrong, the hand written stuff is awesome).

it is called cell-shading...
a technique where the animator combine hand drawn arts and computer generated arts..thats why you see it somewhat a mix of hand drawn and cg..

anyway the story is pretty good since I' ve seen them already.....pretty but not close to masterpiece...

its cool....watch it..

i've only heard about the manga by Masamune Shirow...dunno wether it's been done before or after the movie...gotta see it though..sounds interesting (the manga is made up of, i think, 4 volumes)
