Hello everyone of Anime Neko, it is I, the infamous Ultima, and I haven't been on in a while because basketball takes up a lot of my time. Well everyone, I have tried to make a chat time and time again, but I think I found a ShoutBox that we can use, even though Hybrid Angel is the board owner since I gave it to him, I don't think he would mind if I made a ShoutBox because believe me, I think I speak for everyone when I say we need a ShoutBox. If Hybrid doesn't like it then he can tell me and I will take it off. I'm not sure the ShoutBox will work, but I'm pretty sure it will.

If you paste that link into your address bar, it will take you strait to the shout box in a pop up window...

There are a few rules to it though...

-Where it says name, you MUST type your Anime Neko username so that way everyone will know its you.

-Where it says Nachricht, type your message, and in your message there may be cussing and all what not, I don't care, but if people fight for more than an hour, they will be banned from the shout box.

-You don't have to put your email where it says to...its just optional.
