(I mean japanese magazines...) like Shonen Jump and....well...I'll let you all tell me which ones you know....I know quite a few

Hmmmm... not that many Japanese ones. I've heard of Ribbon and Asuka and some other I can't remember.

In the US there's shonen jump but it's run by viz and it has different manga in it. Viz also made shojo beat which has girl's manga in it.

There are more anime magazine with articles and release dates and stuff. My favorite was Animerica but it went out of business. There's also Anime Insider and Newtype USA. I like both of those.

Shonen Jump, Afternoon, Morning, Evening (these three are Kodansha's, the first is Shueisha's) Shonen Sunday (Shogakukan) are the really really popular ones. But then again..these are only three publishers...I know quite a few more but they're not very popular nor very important...
