About the subject at hand: I think Barak Obama would be on the short list definately. Harold Ford would be good too but he and Gore are both from Tennessee so picking him goes against the Constitution. (Sorry Chris. The same goes for you and you have to be 35. Harkin is good as is Russ Feingold. I really cannot see him picking Hillary Clinton but it is conceivable. Maybe Joe Biden? Nancy Pelosi?
Daschle will be lucky to retain his Senate seat.

Hi you all AL Gore will run In 2008, kerry will lose in 2 months,No democrats can defeat Gore in the Primary . AL Gore would be only one who will become the Next Democartic President. Period. Consider that the 04 election is almost over.. Bush will defeat Kerry easily, No democrats will have the Courage to go against Gore in 2008. By the way people in Iowa are not Ignorants like others, They are very Intelligent people.
