So, what do people here think about Wallace Broecker and Robert Kunzig's new book?

I would have to read the entire book to form a more realistic opinion on this before saying one way or the other. If it would work, and I'm not saying it would not because I don't know, but if it would the political will, as he said , would be the biggy to over come.
