Hello All,
I was wondering if you could give me some advice and information. My wife and I own 63 acres of old farm land in Tennessee. We have been thinking for a while now of turning the land into a land trust and to then create a small shared co-op family community.

Our goal was to create a land trust and to allow each family to build a small home with the land commonly shared by all. Our goal is to limit the size of the community to about 10-12 homes.

If anyone has any experience with family cooperatives or if can give me any guidance it would be appreciated.
