These SOB'S(Sons of BU$H) came into being in the 80's and did NOTHING but try to politically sabotage & incapacitate Bill Clinton during the entire time he was in office...They were part & parcel to the plan involving the 'Blue Dress' and the Oval Office...They barked about "wag the dog" when Clinton sent the military to Bosnia and then 'bitched' when he didn't try to take out Bin-Laden...
Now it's the STOP Hillary Express...They are Not going away until some action makes them do so...THE FAIRNESS DOCTRINE!
I went back to my hometown last year just to find out they lost their 'community voice'...Their AM Radio station was moved out of town...and all the local programming was lost! A GOOD friend of mine had kept that AM on local affairs for years! Now it's gone! Oh! The transmitter is still there...but the programming is piped in from out of town... :mad:
It was the FAIRNESS DOCTRINE that kept local stations local...the community voice...then Reagan dumped it so the likes of RU$H Limbaugh could turn these local stations into unmanned repeaters for The NOISE Machine...and THAT has been the way it has been ever since! :dripple:
The FAIRNES DOCTRINE will make 'local' stations...LOCAL again! That was supposed to be the REAL use of the Public "airwaves"...not so neocons like Limbaugh, Hannity, & Co. could use them as Propaganda Machines! THAT is what REALLY killed PUBLIC RADIO!...and I don't MEAN NPR...I mean LOCAL PUBLIC RADIO!
