He claims as many Poobahs do that we have to increase our military strength like Reagan did in the 80's...Thanx to the Gipper we still have SDI 'space junk' floating around the earth at the cost of BILLIONS with the help of Edvard Teller...The FATHER of the H-Bomb...who was trying to clear his concious ot OUR expense...I won't even go INTO the MX Missle Program!
