Everyone claims the surge is working in Iraq. I beg to differ on this. What has happened is Osama Bin-Laden and the 'terrorists' have changed tactics. They have decided not to attack the USA directly in Iraq. They prefer to de-stabilize Pakistan in the hopes to get their hands on those nuclear devices that are in the hands of the Paki Army.

They are stirring things up in Nigeria to squelch the oil flow. they are dancing with glee while Kurdish Rebels attack the Turks. Bin-Laden's new war is against the US Economy. He warned us that he would do this, just like he warned us he would attack this nation on 9/11.

They are watching while our economy goes into death thoes while George Bush promises a stimulus package. They promised they would make us suffer. Meanwhile George Bush goes to the Middle East to try to pull an 11th hour peace treaty between Israel and Palestine out of thin air.

So when John McCaine says the 'surge' is working, ask him why oil is topping $100 a barrel.

Another point to bring up is why are the Chinese developing devices to shoot satellites out of the air? Because they are waiting to see who gets elected. If we even try to attack Iran or Pakistan then China will knock all of our GPS satellites out of space and render our smart bombs useless. Think about that.

What good are our intelligent weapons and headsup displays? What good will our ground tactical devices be, if we are blind because the satellites have been shot down? Time to go back to dumb weapons or negotiate.

True...China would loooove for us to attack Pakistan or Iran...The WORLD looks at us like we are an EVIL EMPIRE!...Remember Ronnie Raygun? Only NOW WE ARE THE EVIL EMPIRE THANKS TO BU$H!...We THINK we are soooo smart, but if the ENTIRE WORLD TAKES US ON....WE LOSE! :!:

Meanwhile Bin-Laden and Co. are looking for a way to get their hands on those Paki NUKES! It was really SMART...(sarcasm)...for Condi & Dubya to CONVINCE Benazir Bhutto to go back to Pakistan! (but she was a Liberal anyway so her loss is no BIG DEAL to them)... :mad:

It's no surprise papabear. While John McCaine promises a 100 year occupation in Iraq, our markets surge from bottom feeders. While John McCaine promises that everyone who sneaks over the US border will get a Z Visa and be allowed to stay here permanently, the GOP backpeddles and says these are 'good' things after conservative radio 'railed' for months about how BAD the immigration problem is every day. Now they want to support McCaine? There's hypocrisy in action for you!

Ron Paul claims that he is more connected to conservative roots and values than both McCaine or Rudy, and he is basically correct. If you are Pro-Life then how can you possibly support Giuliani with a clear concious? At least Huckabee pronounces his values. At least Mitt Romney espouses 'some' religion!

You are right papa, if the GOP puts in McCaine or Rudy then they are seriously going against their own values on religion, and their own principles when it comes to issues.

What is happening is the insurgents & extremists are taking Romney's advice and "hiding in the weeds" until we leave...and they can do it INDEFINITELY! :!:

The inactivity has NOTHING to do with the "surge" and has everything to do with Petraus 'grannying' deals with tribal leaders in Iraq in order to quell the violence...If they WANTED to attack us they WOULD!...But these insurgents & terrorists finally got wise and said to themselves...we are dying at the American's hands by a 20 to 1 margin...why are we killing ourselves? All we have to do is sit and do nothing and eventually the UN and World Community will PRESSURE the US to LEAVE! They are no longer waging WAR or Jihad against us...They are doing the ONE thing they KNOW will work! :blink:

I say this will happen...If McCain wins with his remarks of a 100 year prescence in Iraq along with bombing Iran...These terrorists already have a NEW attack planned and will execute it AFTER the General Election...They are waiting to see...If Clinton or Obama wins they will suspend the attack...These extremists aren't stupid...they are waiting to see if the DEMOCRATIC TREND that started in the 2006 election continues...If WE put another WARMONGER in office then EXPECT a NEW ROUND OF ATTACKS IN 2009!...I think they will hit us even quicker and harder if McCain wins because they will NOT want to give him 9 months time to prepare for it...They KNEW Dubya and Rice were 'stupid' enough not to concentrate on 'terrorism'...Cheney was to busy rewriting ENERGY policy with Kenny Lay & ENRON in early 2001 while Ashcroft thought of suspending 'counterterrorism' funding...They KNOW that Neither McCain or Clinton & Obama would be THAT ignorant for that matter... :rolleyes:
