Time for Part II of my story, you see Eliana was a 'stalker' that caused me problems at work...she got away with it because Jose' was in an affair with a performer on the job...(that cost him his marriage)...well she KNEW about it and used it against him...she was pilfering through personnel files and making it h3ll for me and others because she could get away with it...This Puerto Rican 'witch' is the scum of the absolute earth... :mad:

But of course, a BIG family oriented Corporation couldn't have THAT happening in their park system...so they covered it up...After harrassing me to the point of 'paranoia' she had her boss Jose' tell upper management that I was crazy...This cost me 3 weeks of unpaid medical leave...If THAT wasn't enough...NOW this loved family institution is telling employers about it when I apply to work...Well, you know what? That has pushed me over the edge, so to speak...so if THEY want to continue doing this them they can get sued for it... :mad:

I also wrote about every instance she did to me and others on a disk as it was happening...I had a relationship with a young lady that they have scared to the point that she won't even talk...then they fired her, and I couldn't find out why...Well anyway, I have every E-mail I ever sent this young lady to prove it is innocent...and EVERY E-mail I sent to management reporting the incidents to management while they CONTINUE to punish me after the fact... :mad:

So I figured if THIS Mega-corporation wants to keep telling people that I missed work for a medical reason that they shouldn't be sharing, that I would NOT ONLY write a BOOK about all of it...I plan on sueing them for it as well...The Compliance Board in Florida will be talking to MY lawyer because I PLAN on subpeonaing ALL the information they have from me and ALL witnesses in these incidents!...And ALL they had to do was let me go back to work in Tulsa...but THEY didn't... :mad:

John Edwards is right, as is Barack Obama and many others...It's time for the government to serve us...the people...rather than serve corporations out to ruin peoples lives...It's the same in the 'military'...non-comms both male and female are harrassed by Officers that THINK they can get away with MURDER! My family in the service can attest to THAT!...Well it's time to take the UNFIT in Military & Civilian life that prey on others from positions of power and let the WHOLE WORLD know who they ARE, and WHAT they are doing! If YOU are a 'control freak' then you have NO BUSINESS being in a position of authority over others! :!:

I plan on shouting from the ROOFTOPS what you whisper about me in private! To THIS Corporation, I say this again!...I want PROOF that Jose' and Eliana have been FIRED! and I WANT you to CALL the last job I applied for and tell them the TRUTH!...Or by God, I will publish this story, and POST it over the ENTIRE NET!...A job better magically APPEAR for me...OR ELSE! :mad:

as I said, we are behind you 100%. Anyone that can help papa get his dignity back should feel free to do so. Hang in there papa, and maybe this time a big name or important influence will scoop you out of the jaws of despair!

Not making arguements papa, but you need to come up with a plan if that is what you are lacking. I say you are just lacking adequate support myself, but that is just my opinion.

If what somebody else is saying is preventing you from getting work then you need to get on the ball, and put an end to it!

True, I have a job...it's not PERFECT...but it's a job! I was told to restore my work record FIRST by getting WORK! And I am doing that right now! :!:

Phase Two of the PLAN involves getting my Current TV plans off of the ground! I may do a special on Workplace Victims Of Harrassment! ;)

Of course I have to press litigation with the Company before the end of the year...I have to also find out WHO is laying 'eggs' on my work record, but I have a pretty GOOD idea!...I will have ALL records subpeonaed as soon as I get a lawyer...Too Bad!...ALL I wanted to do is go back to work and be done with a BAD Memory...but it SEEMS like the MEGA-Corporation INSISTS on doing it THE HARD WAY! :wtf:
