My friends, I just came off of the worst vacation of my life...we had an accident in the truck in Cheyenne Wyoming, so it had to be transported by flatbed back to Tulsa...but that is another story... :blink:

When we got back to Tulsa, we had two days to get ready for Christmas and then it hit...The WORST ice storm in Oklahoma history going by power outages it produced...the entire state was declared under national emergency as a disaster area...

Tree branches were snapped like twigs, and ice weighed on telephone poles and power lines so badly they broke...the entire city of Tulsa was thrust into complete blackness...We are almost back to normal thanks to an ARMY of power workers that rushed in to help...we had convoys of 'cherry pickers' and 'power trucks' in town in no time at all! THANK YOU ALL! :good:

By the way, Glenn Beck was supposed to be in town to blame this storm on the Sun...Al Gore....anything or anyone but "global warming"...I found an ad on Craigslist selling tickets to his 'bogus' show for $1 buck...so I was wondering if he actually appeared to talk about how magical elves cause snow to fall, and how if you can find a legitimate issue to take the flipside of then you can profit from it! :tongue:

What truly amazes me is that over 90% of the world's scientists agree about 'global warming' and its effect on climate and weather...yet Beck can find that 1% of 'crackpots' who try to debunk this 'truth'...and put the charlatans on-the air like they are 'trustworthy' sources of scientific information... :dripple:

Don't worry Glenn, Santa will give you a 'lump' of that pollution free, safe burning, bituminous, coal for your stocking...you can burn it in the fire place...don't mind that sulfur smell... ;)
