Tell me how you think he can still get in specifically
Name states he can win, and what states others won't win
If he needs somewhere between 2000 and 2150 delegates, show me where he
can acquire them to get the position
Legally and without the country saying he stole the nomination away from
either a woman or a black man
I have seen ideas floated here, but I want to know specifically
Someone mentioned Jerry Brown on a different board, yet Jerry the first time started too late, the second time doing somewhat what I thought Al would do this time almost stopped Bill in 1992...he was one victory away from it...
But I wanna know #s and states of how he could do it as a Democrat
(I can make a scenerio electoral wise for him to do it 3rd party depending on who the Dem is)
Let me hear your ideas...is there any legit way for it to happen still?(specifically)
IMO, the only way it can happen now is if Hillary, Obama, and Edwards cancel each other out at the convention. If none of them can get enough delegates to win (not likely, but possible), then it goes to a second ballot, and that's where Al can get in.
I suppose it could also happen that after Super Tuesday, if there's no frontrunner, and there's a three-way split among Hillary, Obama, and Edwards, Gore could get in then and take a big piece of the rest of the delegates in the remaining primaries, effectively creating a stalemate at the convention, and then, from there, the same scenario as above follows.
Is it pie in the sky? Not necessarily. The polls do now show Hillary and Obama pretty much neck-and-neck in many important states. Edwards will undoubtedly win some as well. Stranger things have happened.
