Why is there no or little interest about green built prefab /manufactured homes? At $70 sqft, and Energy Star certified, everyone could afford to live green.

Energy Star stated that if one in ten US homes were built to the Energy Star standards, that change would keep more than 17 BILLION pounds of greenhouse gases from the air!

So, why no press or interest? :?:
