This book is some of the worst racist anti-catholic propaganda I've ever read. As a Catholic and as someone who studied at Fordham University under Jesuits I find this highly offensive. None of it has any basis in fact, it is just repeating tired old carnards about the Catholic church. This is as disgusting as any anti-black propoaganda you would find on a KKK site or anti-semetic BS on a Nazi site.
Agreed, James, and it won't be tolerated here. The Jesuits are known for their missionary work as well as their dedication to human rights, social justice and, as you mention, higher education. Jesuit schools such as Fordham put forth admirable concepts such as proposing Christ as a model of human life, the pursuit of excellence in teaching and learning, and life-long spiritual and intellectual growth.
I have deleted the previous posts because they are offensive and baseless, and to end with a suggestion that Jesuits were behind some conspiracy having to do with 9/11 (here we go again) is unacceptable on this board.
Most of you know I am not a religious person myself, but I respect the beliefs of those who are religious and won't tolerate this kind of slander.
