So the hottest thought out there is Hillary will nominate Illinois senator Obama for Supreme Court Justice to replace Illinois SC Justice STevens when she takes office

40 years of Obama, certainly very qualified to be SC Justice is a possiblity

And Obama would indeed be replaced in senate by another democrat, so it is gain-gain-gain

That do put a crimp in the plans for a Hillary/Obama ticket, or for that matter
Obama winning at all(though it does seem doubtful)...

The above scenerio would give Hillary breathing space for the rash of negative news by Obama fans who think he should be VP having earned it

Only position more important these days than Vp is SCOTUS

And ya don't have to be a judge, and we should have less judges as SCOTUS, not more of them

(for that matter al gore as scotus would be even better)
