When the Director of the CDC testified before a Congressional Hearing this past summer, her written testimony was 'eviscerated' by the White House prior to appearance, according to another CDC official. The text, which discusses the serious effects of Climate Change on a variety of health issues and diseases, was cut, by the White House, from 14 pages down to 4. Here is a link to the full text:

This administration just wants to keep scaring everyone about terrorists while they ignore all the other perils that we're much more likely to face. Diseases, wildfires, extreme weather events, etc.
