A new poll suggests that, if Gore was actually in the race, 44 percent of Democrats would support him. For more information, go here:

This comes on the heels of a CNN poll that showed Gore would defeat Giuliani more decisively (52 to 46 percent) than Clinton would (49 to 47 percent). Both polls had a margin of error of plus or minus three percentage points.

If Gore runs, he wins the Democratic nomination and the 2008 presidential election. If he does not run, Clinton will most likely win the Democratic nomination and the 2008 election could go to the Republicans. If Gore does not decide to run, the Democrats must draft him.

We are working on that... ;)

That poll showing 44 percent Democratic support is an internet poll and therefore biased, because the internet has a greater proportion of political activists than the general population. Your typical soccer mom simply wouldn't bother participating in an internet poll.

Are you a Clinton supporter?

Actually it's not an Internet poll...

Another poll, which was I think done by Zogby, showed Gore with a decisove victory, 51-44, over Guiliani in the batleground state of New Mexico and Guiliani leading Hillary by a percentage point there. What in God's name is he waiting for? If global warming and all of these other issues mean so damn much to him, why would he want to cede the White House to the Republicans for another 4 or 8 years? Come on!!!! The clock is ticking away. This is worse crunch time management than Rx Grossman's. Please Al!!!!
