The GOP (Guardians Of Propaganda) are once again ballyhooing the jobless rate of 4.6%...but they are wondering WHY Americans STILL aren't spending more...IT'S WAGES STUPID!...Most working class Americans are working TWO 'bad' jobs to make what they used to make with ONE GOOD JOB! The REASON why nobody is moving FORWARD is the FACT that the Minimum Wage at $5.85 and hour is STILL getting 'eaten up' by FUEL costs! You have to have ONE 'bad' job just for FUEL costs, and another one to survive on! So when THEY hoot and caw over job creation...ask them HOW MANY of THOSE jobs make OVER $10 an hour! I was barely squeaking by at $10 an hour LAST YEAR...so I REALLY FEEL for those making almost $6 an hour...You NEED over $22000 a YEAR in salary just to cover the costs of working and LIVING! :!:

Creating more $7 an hour jobs 'flippin burgers' is NOT going to cause THIS NATION'S Economy to Recover! It's just causing a 'bunch' of TIRED AMERICANS that STILL can't handle their 'subprime' mortagages! The FACT is with both a husband & wife working, their combined pay MUST be over $15 an hour just to survive, much less get ahead! Add kids to that and these people are NOT getting by! :mad:
