The Darker Side of Dark

By ABrt
September 8, 2007

Someone once asked Einstein what World War III would be fought with. He answered he didn't know...but World War IV would be fought with sticks and stones.

I have spent a great number of my years trying to control my thoughts and to teach others of the importance in controlling theirs: In these last 7 years I have also had to admit that there are other laws that are competing for control.

When two varying vibrations meet a third, totally different is created with the most dominate part being the stronger of the vibrations. When they are closely related and more of less overlap than the stronger will dominate.

We have reached such a situation over the last few years but the shrinking numbers of those who before had saturated this earth with negative wave forms has not diminished the strength from this form of thought and actions we face now. Therefore the strength of this destructive wave is drawn not from numbers but Political power, corporate power, the power of wealth, control of the people and uncontrolled lawlessness.

We are not winning the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan but control only small parts of them. As we move to one area they simply move to another and create havoc there until we leave.

We have now opened a new front in Afghanistan with our war on Opium which has turned the northern warlords against us as well as the terrorist hiding in the area.

We have no control over northern Pakistan just as the Pakistan Army has little to none. It is a playground for terrorist groups and radical warlords and their armies.

General Pervez Musharraf reined as President of Afghanistan appears to be coming to a close. Should he try to hold it there would be massive and violate street demonstrations and the northern armies would probably sweep down to assist and install a more radical Islamic government.

At this point our troops would be surrounded with no life line through Pakistan. Roy McGovern, a 27 year veteran analyst of the CIA said in Bush’s New War Drum for Iran: published August 21, 2007.

“Here I have to reveal a trade secret, which punctures the mystique of intelligence analysis. Generally speaking, 80 percent of the information one needs to form judgments on key intelligence targets or issues is available in open media.”

Taking a cue from this statement I will stop rambling and show you some of that 80% of information available to the public and let you decide what is being planned behind our backs and what may come from these quotes.

Martial Law:

Bush Paves the Way for Martial Law: 2007 National Defense Authorization Act overturns Posse Comitatus Act

"Gen. Tommy Franks says that if the United States is hit with a weapon of mass destruction that inflicts large casualties, the Constitution will likely be discarded in favor of a military form of government." -- NewsMax, November 21, 2003

”In October 2006, Bush signed into law the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007. Quietly slipped into the law at the last minute, at the request of the Bush administration, were sections changing important legal principles, dating back 200 years, which limit the U.S. government's ability to use the military to intervene in domestic affairs. These changes would allow Bush, whenever he thinks it necessary, to institute martial law--under which the military takes direct control over civilian administration.”

“The "terrorist massive casualty-producing event" was presented by General Franks as a crucial political turning point. The resulting crisis and social turmoil resulting from the civilian casualties, are intended to facilitate a major shift in US political, social and institutional structures, leading to the suspension of constitutional g

Old-line Republican warns 'something's in the works' to trigger a police state
By Muriel Kane
Thursday July 19, 2007

”Thom Hartmann began his program on Thursday by reading from a new Executive Order which allows the government to seize the assets of anyone who interferes with its Iraq policies.”

"Something's in the works," he said, adding that the Executive Orders need to create a police state are already in place.”

"The administration figures themselves and prominent Republican propagandists ... are preparing us for another 9/11 event or series of events," Roberts continued. "Chertoff has predicted them. ... The National Intelligence Estimate is saying that al Qaeda has regrouped. ... You have to count on the fact that if al Qaeda's not going to do it, it's going to be orchestrated. ... The Republicans are praying for another 9/11."

Bush's Martial Law Plan Is So Shocking, Even Congress Can't See it
Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
Monday, July 23, 2007

“President Bush's post-terror attack martial law plan is so shocking that even sitting members of Congress and Homeland Security officials are barred from viewing it, another example of executive über alles and a chilling portent of what is to come as constant reminders of the inevitability of terror attacks reverberate.”

”Congressman Peter DeFazio (D - OR) was asked by his constituents to see what was contained within the classified portion of the White House's plan for operating the government after a terrorist attack”.

“Since DeFazio also sits on the Homeland Security Committee and has clearance to view classified material, the request would have appeared to be routine, but the Congressman was unceremoniously denied all access to view the documents, and the White House wouldn't even give an excuse as to why he was barred”.

The Pentagon's "Second 911"
By Michel Chossudovsky
5/20/2007

“Vice President Dick Cheney is reported to have instructed USSTRATCOM to draw up a contingency plan "to be employed in response to another 9/11-type terrorist attack on the United States". Implied in the contingency plan is the certainty that Iran would be behind a Second 9/11.”

“This "contingency plan" uses the pretext of a "Second 9/11", which has not yet happened, to prepare for a major military operation against Iran, while pressure was also exerted on Tehran in relation to its (non-existent) nuclear weapons program.”

“What is diabolical in this decision of the US Vice President is that the justification presented by Cheney to wage war on Iran rests on Iran's involvement in a hypothetical terrorist attack on America, which has not yet occurred:”

“The plan includes a large-scale air assault on Iran employing both conventional and tactical nuclear weapons. Within Iran there are more than 450 major strategic targets, including numerous suspected nuclear-weapons-program development sites. Many of the targets are hardened or are deep underground and could not be taken out by conventional weapons, hence the nuclear option.”

“As in the case of Iraq, the response is not conditional on Iran actually being involved in the act of terrorism directed against the United States. Several senior Air Force officers involved in the planning are reportedly appalled at the implications of what they are doing—that Iran is being set up for an unprovoked nuclear attack—but no one is prepared to damage his career by posing any objections.” (Philip Giraldi, Attack on Iran: Pre-emptive Nuclear War , The American Conservative, 2 August 2005)

US government fans homeland terrorism fear
Larry Chin5/20/2007

Washington consensus plans for martial law, nuclear terror holocaust, behind closed doors

“The US government and Washington elites are aggressively ramping up their "war on terrorism" rhetoric and propaganda, stoking fear and paranoia in order to bolster their war agenda, and reinvigorate the mass public perception of new and growing "homegrown terrorism" threats to the US homeland.”

“The next phase of America’s war abroad (under the management of a post-Bush neocon/neoliberal consensus), and the deepening militarization of the US homeland towards a full police state, are well underway.”

Bush Puts Iran in Crosshairs:
By Ray McGovern
August 30,2007

“It is just too much of a stretch to suggest that Iran could be a nuclear threat to the United States within the next 17 months, and that’s all the time Bush and Cheney have got to honor their open pledge to Israel to eliminate Iran’s nuclear potential.”

Cheney Urging Strikes On Iran
Published on Friday, August 10, 2007 by McClatchy Newspapers
by Warren P. Strobel, John Walcott & Nancy A. Youssef

“Proposals to use force against Iran over its actions in Iraq mark a new phase in the Bush administration’s long internal war over Iran policy.”

“Until now, some hawks within the administration - including Cheney - are said to have favored military strikes to stop Iran from furthering its suspected ambitions for nuclear weapons.”

Cheney, Lieberman and the Iran War Conspiracy
By Gareth Porter, HuffingtonPost.com. Posted August 18, 2007.

“We have known for a long time that Cheney wants a major air attack on Iranian nuclear sites and other military and economic targets. But an August 9 story published by McClatchy newspapers reveals that, instead of waiting for a decision to go ahead with such a strategic attack against Iran, Cheney now hopes to get Bush to approve an attack on camps in Iran where Iraqi Shiite militiamen have allegedly been trained in recent years.”

“Lieberman, appearing on CBS's Face the Nation, said, "I think we've got to be prepared to take aggressive military action against the Iranians to stop them from killing Americans in Iraq. And to me that would include a strike over the border into Iran, where we have good evidence that they have a base at which they are training these people coming back into Iraq to kill our soldiers."… In other words, Lieberman was acting as a stalking horse for Cheney's proposal, softening up public opinion for later war propaganda….”

“Then on July 2, the new spokesman for the U.S. command in Baghdad, Brig. Gen. Kevin Bergner, presented a briefing for the press that dovetailed perfectly with Cheney's strategy. One of his main themes was the suggestion of an Iranian role in planning a January Shiite militia attack in Karbala in which five Americans were killed. The other major point that Bergner pushed was that Iran was using what he called "Special Groups" of "rogue" Shiite militiamen to destabilize Iraq, in part by training them in camps in Iran.”

“I have debunked these arguments here and here. And in another analysis this week, I show that the rate of U.S. deaths in fighting with the Mahdi Army is largely a function of the U.S. military's targeting of those units and their leadership for military operations -- not of Iranian policy.”

The Strategic Alliance Between Iran and Syria – Military and Economic Aspects
July 14, 2007 Number 380
By: Y. Mansharof and O. Winter

In a March 10, 2007 Damascus visit, a high-ranking Iranian security delegation headed by Najar met with Assad, Turkmani, and Syrian Chief of Staff Ali Habib, and toured Syrian military and industrial facilities. During the visit, Najar and Turkmani signed a protocol on defense cooperation, [14] which included "developing and strengthening defense and security ties, safeguarding regional security [by the countries of the region], and [ensuring] uninterrupted consultation in order to uphold the interests of the two countries." [15]

“During the visit, Najar declared that Iran was placing all its defense capabilities at Syria's disposal, and added that the discussions between the two sides during this visit had focused on weapons manufacturing cooperation and on strengthening Syria's defense capabilities. Turkmani, on his part, stated that the discussions had concerned "an exchange of technological know-how for weapons manufacturing and for conducting the necessary training, along with [other] military, defense, and political issues." He reiterated statements by his Iranian counterpart that "Iran's defense resources are at Syria's disposal."

Saudi Arabia's Myth of Moderation
By Barbara KoeppelAugust 17, 2007
Consortiumnews.com

”On Aug. 15, front-page stories in the New York Times, the Washington Post and other leading newspapers described how the Bush administration planned to designate Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps a “global terrorist” organization for supporting anti-U.S. and anti-Israeli forces in the Middle East. The administration asserts that with the "terrorist" tag, the elite 125,000-man Guard is no longer a legitimate part of Iran’s military, but a rogue unit ripe for attacking. The move pushes the United States dangerously close to a direct confrontation with Iran, even as the death toll and spending on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan continue to spiral out of control.”

“Yet, the U.S. finger-pointing at Iran’s support for Iraqi Shiite militias, including alleged deliveries of armor-piercing explosive devices, obscures the fact that U.S. ally, Saudi Arabia, is implicated by far more persuasive evidence in helping Iraqi Sunni militias with money, weapons and suicide bombers to kill both U.S. troops and Iraqi targets, including civilians.”

“On the Saudi role, however, the Bush administration and the U.S. press corps are remarkably silent.”

”The est. Population of Saudi Arabia was 22,023,506 in July of 2000, a figure growing at about 3.3 percent a year. An overwhelming majority of the Saudi population are young…Efforts to accommodate the rising numbers of young adults entering the workforce each year have been only partly successful, and the consequent rise in unemployment (around 70%) has begun to aggravate the underlying tensions between the country's richest and poorest citizens.”

Iran: The Religious Right's New Bugbear
by Bill Berkowitz June 24, 2007 by the Inter Press Service

“Hagee's appearance at AIPAC indicates the growing organizational strength of the Christian Zionist lobby for apocalyptic war and the rise of corresponding Jewish factions both within AIPAC and within Israeli politics that are pushing for dramatically expanded war in the Mideast.”

”Bruce Wilson, the co-founder of Talk To Action Hagee warned the crowd that "Iran poses a nuclear threat to the state of Israel that promises nothing less than a nuclear Holocaust." Hagee claimed that the situation is like 1938, only "Iran is Germany and [President Mahmoud] Ahmedinejad is the new Hitler."

Dangers of a Cornered George Bush

“George W. Bush seems also to be without shame. He expresses no regret or embarrassment about his failure to help Katrina victims, or to tell the truth. He says whatever he thinks people want to hear, whether it be “stay the course” or “I’ve never been about ‘stay the course.” “He does whatever he wants.”

”He lies—not just to us, but to himself as well. What makes lying so easy for Bush is his contempt—for language, for law, and for anybody who dares question him.”

”That he could say so baldly that he’d never been about “stay the course” is bone chilling. So his words mean nothing. That is very important for people to understand.”

“Despite having no shame, Bush has a profound fear of failure and humiliation…and a contempt for truth.”

Israeli Attack on Nuclear Targets in Iran.

”This would be madness and would elicit counterattacks from an Iran with many viable options for significant retaliation. Nevertheless, Sen. Joe Lieberman, I-Connecticut, and his namesake Avigdor Lieberman, Israel’s minister of strategic affairs, are openly calling for such strikes, which would have to be on much more massive a scale than Israel’s bombing of Iraq’s nuclear reactor at Osirak in 1981.”

”For that attack in 1981, Cheney, a great fan of preemptive strikes, congratulated the Israelis, even though the U.S. joined other UN Security Council members in unanimously condemning the Israeli attack.”

”Five years ago, on Aug. 26, 2002, Cheney became the first U.S. official publicly to refer approvingly to the bombing of Osirak. And in an interview two and a half years ago, on Inauguration Day 2005, Cheney referred nonchalantly to the possibility that “the Israelis might well decide to act first [to eliminate Iran’s nuclear capabilities] and let the rest of the world worry about cleaning up the diplomatic mess afterwards.”

”One thing Cheney says is indisputably—if myopically—true: Bush has been Israel’s best friend. In his speeches, he has fostered the false impression that the U.S. is treaty-bound to defend Israel, should it come under attack—as would be likely, were Israel to attack Iran.”

Massive airstrikes against 1,200 targets in Iran: Pentagon "Three Day Blitz Plan"
by Sarah BaxterSeptember 2, 2007

"The launching of an outright war using nuclear warheads against Iran is now in the final planning stages.”

“Coalition partners, which include the US, Israel and
Turkey are in "an advanced stage of readiness".

Final Questions

The U.S. just authorized 20 Billion dollars in arms for Saudi to protect itself against Iran even though Saudi is the main pipeline and suppliers for Sunni insurgents in Iraq.

If we attack Iran, even if only with conventional weapons we are automatically also at war with Syria as well because of the pact between Iran and Syria. Syria would take Lebanon in days and Iran would sweep across Kuwait in record time and thus would begin the war between Syria-Iran and Saudi.

Saudi would be so occupied with the two that the 70% of disgruntled unemployed and mostly radical trained could easily over throw the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our troops would now be land locked in Afghanistan and in Iraq they would be fighting a civil war as well as war from Iran and Syria.

Out of concern for their own saftey and because of a strong desire Nuclear Weapons would fly either from us or Israel.

Thus begins World War III and in American the voiding of the Constitution and all civil rights. Martial Law would be declared and elections postponed until Lord Bush, the one that started this, agrees to once more allow them. Bush, the one that has virtually destroyed this world would remain in power.

So now I ask you. What are the plans and next moves of the insane who now have all the power? Or was this their plan all along?

Why hasn't Al Gore spoke about any of this?

Does he not think these things are important?

Is he under threat not to mention any of it?

Hello...hello...Al are you there?

Is there anyone who can stop all of this

al001 - September 9, 2007 12:52 AM (GMT)
I tried to get the links to work but only made a mess of the article so I have erased it and re-posted the original. The links still don't work so if you wish to check further you'll have to go to the article at the top link.

al001 - September 11, 2007 12:34 PM (GMT)
I made one more attempt to include links to refferences but again I failed. I'm am sorry you must go to the top site for the link, I know it makes for a time consuming ordeal.

ReElectAlGore2008- I can't say why Al Gore hasn't mentioned this. The referrences I listed are just a few with limited qoutes from them. Their are many more and most are from very reliable and respected, qualified sources.

There's a good movie called 9/11: Press for Truth that documents Bush administration complicity in the events of 9/11. You can also watch it online, just google 9/11: Press for truth and go to the second result. You can see many more interesting 9/11 documentaries online at www.universalseed.org.

I personally mailed a copy of 9/11: Press for Truth to Al Gore's home in Nashville last week.
