Authors Note: The next terrorist attack on American soil may well be the work of our own Government in order to justify an invasion of Iran and install a police state in order to keep the powers now in office in place.

This statement heard all over the world is taken from an article by Webster G. Tarpley of rense.com …not based on any specific information of any kind that he could cite, Chertoff called his "gut feeling the nation faces a heightened chance of an attack this summer." "I believe we are entering a period this summer of increased risk," said Chertoff.

Also from the article, titled Cheney Determined To Strike In US With WMD This Summer Only Impeachment, Removal or General Strike Can Stop Him dated 7-21-2007 was this quote:

“A few days ago, a group of lawyers from western Massachusetts met with the local congressman, Democrat John Olver (this is my Congressman, BTW - usually progressive, but confounding on the issue of impeachment). Their request was that Olver take part in the urgent effort to impeach Bush and Cheney. Olver responded by saying that he had no intention of doing anything to support impeachment. He went further, offering the information that the United States would soon attack Iran, and that these hostilities would be followed by the imposition of a martial law regime here.”

Some of these derived from the recent British terror stunts in London and Glasgow used by MI-5 and MI-6 to smooth the transition from the Tony Blair quasi-police state to the Gordon Brown version of the same thing. MI-5 and MI-6 displayed the same mixture of comic ineptitude and phlegmatic homicide which was their hallmark during the long years when London was the prey of bombs by the "Irish Republican Army," now revealed to have been top-heavy with government intelligence agents who called the shots.”

"In other words, it may be time for a new false flag synthetic terror operation to gin up hysteria in North America to permit the present bankrupt elites to retain power and further grind down any spirit of popular resistance to such irrational rule. Chertoff's fear-mongering was backed up by ousted Republican senator and notorious scoundrel Rick Santorum, who told a radio interviewer that "between now and November, a lot of things are going to happen, and I believe that by this time next year, the American public is going to have a very different view of this war."

In Thom Hartman’s program on Air America Radio Thursday ‘Old-line Republican warns ‘something’s in the works’ to trigger a police state’. He started by reading from a new Executive Order signed by President Bush without the knowledge of Congress which allows the government to seize the assets of anyone who interferes with its Iraq policies. He then quotes "Unless Congress immediately impeaches Bush and Cheney, a year from now the US could be a dictatorial police state at war with Iran." This is martial law.

"The administration figures themselves and prominent Republican propagandists ... are preparing us for another 9/11 event or series of events," Roberts continued. "Chertoff has predicted them. ... The National Intelligence Estimate is saying that al Qaeda has regrouped. ... You have to count on the fact that if al Qaeda's not going to do it, it's going to be orchestrated. ...

To put it bluntly it will the work of Cheney and his accomplices in order to blame it on the Iranians and justify the war by raising fears among the American public.

To quote from an article that appeared on Online Journal on July 23, 2007 titled Bush executive order: Criminalizing the antiwar movement by Prof. Micheal Chosssudovsky of Global Research:

The Executive Order entitled "Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq" provides the President with the authority to confiscate the assets of whoever opposes the US led war.

A presidential Executive Order issued on July 17th, repeals with the stroke of a pen the right to dissent and to oppose the Pentagon's military agenda in Iraq.

The Executive Order entitled "Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq" provides the President with the authority to confiscate the assets of "certain persons" who oppose the US led war in Iraq:

"I have issued an Executive Order blocking property of persons determined to have committed, or to pose a significant risk of committing, an act or acts of violence that have the purpose or effect of threatening the peace or stability of Iraq or the Government of Iraq or undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq or to provide humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people."

In substance, under this executive order, opposing the war becomes an illegal act.

The Executive Order criminalizes the antiwar movement. It is intended to "blocking property" of US citizens and organizations actively involved in the peace movement. It allows the Department of Defense to interfere in financial affairs and instruct the Treasury to "block the property" and/or confiscate/ freeze the assets of "Certain Persons" involved in antiwar activities. It targets those "Certain Persons" in America, including civil society organizations, who oppose the Bush Administration's "peace and stability" program in Iraq, characterized, in plain English, by an illegal occupation and the continued killing of innocent civilians.

This order gives a man of questionable sanity complete control of our legislative and judicial branches and places the power all in his hands including but not limited to nullifying any up coming elections and the Constitution in general.

The question of Bush’s sanity is also the question of psychiatrist Justin Frank, author of Bush on the Couch, as shown in an interview with Consortium.com recently. In this he says, “Parental discretion advised. The outlook is not only somber but potentially violent—and includes all manner of threats born of George W. Bush’s mental state (as well as the unusual relationship he has with his vice president).

Things are going to hell in a hand basket for this administration, and Bush/Cheney have shown a willingness to act in extra-Constitutional ways, as they see fit.

What a burden to have to face his many inadequacies—now held up to the light of day—whether it is his difficulty in speaking, thinking, reading, managing anxiety, or making good decisions. He will not change, because for him change means humiliating collapse. He is very fearful of public exposure of his many inadequacies

George W. Bush is without conscience, and it would require a lengthy series of clinical sessions to find out what happened to it. By identifying himself as all good and on the side of right, he has been able to vanquish any guilt, any sense of doing wrong.”

All of this indicates an attack on US soil by those we elected to protect us so they can instigate a third World War. The nullification of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, Congress, the Judicial System, all civil rights and the continuation of those who have placed us in this situation to begin with and whose mental stability is in question by many experts.
It means good by to Democracy and hello to a Dictatorship dominated by one party that has been validated by the other party…for what little time it has remaining.
