Soon, this will be major political talk. It takes the pundits a couple of days to catch up, but this is a very big deal.

Tien, who invited Gore to visit Taiwan to promote awareness on global warming, told reporters yesterday that she received an e-mail from the Harry Walker Agency, which has the exclusive right to arrange Gore's speeches, saying that Gore had canceled all his scheduled events in the next six months. The visit to Taiwan had been postponed to next year, she added. Tien said the reason for the cancellation was that Gore was considering a presidential bid.

"I hesitated a bit writing this diary, as I am sure even Gore-heads are tired of those "BREAKING: Al Gore had this look in his eye at a book-signing yesterday!" kind of diaries. This seems to add a little 'meat' to those 'potatoes', though, don't you think?"
http://www.towncalleddobson.com/?p=752If you are a Gore fan, Soprano fans feel your painThere is a whole groundswell of people who lean into the TV when Al Gore is on. Endless blog entries are made over the tiniest nuance of Gore's expression, body language and SWEET GOD ALMIGHTY - his actual words. But at the end of every show, every clip, every soundbite, every video on the Gore-strained YouTube server farm, we never hear "I am running."
http://www.nypost.com/seven/06272007/gossi...st_pagesix_.htmAl looks West(Al Gore's) youngest daughter, Sarah, 28, is getting married next month - not in Gore's hometown of Carthage, Tenn., where his base constituency would expect it, but at the Beverly Hills Hotel, stomping ground of the effete elite so detested by red-staters. The groom is Chinese-American businessman Bill Lee, 36, who met Sarah, a medical student at the University of California at San Francisco, in Los Angeles. It's the first trip down the aisle for both.
A personal statement: The Ann Coulter (I said I would never use those words again) banner ad at the top of this page is very disturbing. Why is it still there? How did it get there in the first place? This person is one of worst people in the world and represents the opposite of nearly everything Al Gore stands for. Please take down her ad webmaster.
