The whole Bush administration is out of control and operating outside of the dictates of law and the guidance of the US constitution. Bush is blatantly defying those same laws and that same constitution.

A fairly big chunk of the Democratic Party is going right along with it.

Combatting all of that through conventional means as outlined in the constitution may not be feasable now.

I am open to unconventional ideas. And I am available to be contacted.

These criminals have GOT to be brought down and quickly, like yesterday. I suspect that Bush most likely is setting the stage for a complete takeover before 2008.

Don't discount this theory. Just look at the facts. There may not be a 2008 election if this crazed bunch of greedy power happy crooks are allowed to progress farther into their corrupt and evil plan.

I will NOT go down without a fight. How about you .... !

Operation Garden Plot is ready to control the masses of American people. Frightening. Some guy who prefers to remain anonymous got what I have here by law suit. It would certainly be appreciated if some earnest Congress Person would find the entire, original law and make it available. Since we are paying the bill in this fading Constitutional Republic, we have a right to see the laws written to control us. Operation Garden Plot my be a code name for a series of laws for control of the masses.

Prison Camps have been with us since WW2. Many are being renovated, new ones being built -- today -- in times of peace. I don't like the sound of this. An introduction to this issue is presented, along with some startling figures.

REX - is so secret Congress doesn't even know about it. Click Prison Camps for a reference to it. It may be in here that the President hides his most strongest powers, such as setting aside the American Congress in Hitler fashion. This is another law that should be revealed to us people by Congress. If not, a serious reason will be needed.

It is of significance to note that once the President declares martial law, Congress and the Courts are helpless. We are under total dictatorship. This is the sum of my research thus far. I find it unconstitutional, but it will be tough to stop. For that reason I have presented Congress with an emergency off switch called NES-Off. This will reserve power to Congress to stop the President should Congress disagree.

I have been saying for a couple years now that Bush is maneuvering things (at least his handlers are) to incite some *event* here in America so that he can declare Martial Law. Every day I am seeing more reasons to back up my long held contention. He and those who obey the same masters have been sticking it in our faces,day after day, doing all the things to anger and cause some to take some kind of action that will give the excuse for Bush THE DECIDER to declare Martial Law. The pieces are in place - all they are waiting for is for some person to go off the deep end and provide the *cover* Bush wants to do what they have wanted to do for decades - MARTIAL LAW - and then we won't have to concern ourselves with making phone calls, sending faxes or letters, or - voting. That is why they push the OPEN BORDERS - the prosecution of Border Agents and other LEO's, the poisoning of our food and other products with NO effort to stop it. They are doing all they can to push us over that edge so they will use that as the excuse to declare MARTIAL LAW. I have also said to many that I really wonder if America will have another election as Bush, THE DECIDER, in his delusionary mind, wants to be KING GEORGE and with the news in the following article - he obviously has those pieces in place as well.

The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive
, signed on May 9, 2007 declares that in the event of a "catastrophic event", George W. Bush can become what is best described as "a dictator":

"The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government."

This directive, completely unnoticed by the media, and given no scrutiny by Congress, literally gives the White House unprecedented dictatorial power over the government and the country, bypassing the US Congress and obliterating the separation of powers. The directive also placed the Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic "security".

This is another step towards official martial law (see " US government fans homeland security fears"), which suggests that a new "catastrophic event" 9/11-type pretext could be in the pipeline.

NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/NSPD 51

HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/HSPD-20

Subject: National Continuity Policy

Purpose

(1) This directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of Federal Government structures and operations and a single National Continuity Coordinator responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Federal continuity policies. This policy establishes "National Essential Functions," prescribes continuity requirements for all executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and enable a more rapid and effective response to and recovery from a national emergency.

Definitions

(2) In this directive:

(a) "Category" refers to the categories of executive departments and agencies listed in Annex A to this directive;

(B) "Catastrophic Emergency" means any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions;

What I found most interesting about Code Red was in researching the Booth Family Trust’s original sales invoices for 2004, and which showed that at the same time the elite media forces within the United States were castigating Code Red they were the exact ones who were buying it!

From the corridors of power in Washington D.C., to the entrenched media elite in Hollywood, the ‘power brokers’ of America made sure they knew what David Booth had to say, they just didn’t want you to know.

Not all of the elite power structure within the United States are against David Booth, in fact the numbers of his supporters, within both the media and government, grows by the month, and for good reason as Mr. Booth is the only person in the World to have had a pre-cognitive experience fully documented by a United States government agency prior to the event happening, and which you can learn more about by watching him on the A&E Network Television Special Programme to air on March 8th and 9th, 2007.
