I can't believe they would add a VAT here. Especially not one as high as that. In England, it's something like 17%. That's bad enough. But 23%? No one but the wealthy will be able to afford anything. Good job, Dubya. Make it so the lower- and middle-class can't afford to buy stuff anymore. Yeah, that'll do real good things to the economy. :rolleyes:
